Shots of gun ranged on my ears as I dashed upstairs and burst in my room and hid beneath the bed trembling with fear. I could hear the laugh and footsteps approaching my room as I sank deeper under my bed h...
I find myself in an empty room, except there is child who looks nothing like a child. She is wrapped so tightly inside a thin mattress that I can see only her feet and somehow... her right arm... which has become a knife from her elbow to the place her fingers should be. I run to her, try to calm her, yet she wields the knife in blind panic, unable to tell friend from foe. Someone pulls me away from the blade and instead I find myself sitting on the end of a large bed. I had thought it empty, but soon there is a man inside it...the same unforgettable horrific mask...that seemed to stitch on the man's face. The fear traveled in my veins and made it to my facial muscles or skin..my breath deepened and i closed my eyes just to see the reminiscent of the same raven eyes piercing inside my mind.
its a dream..its a dream..i kept on murmuring to myself

i opened my eyes and gasped in disbelief...so it wasnt a dream!...i could see the identical midnight eyes staring back at me... "its not a dream" asher whispered.
"Oh thank god...nur you're alright! i swear to god i got so scared!.-
"im..fin..e dom!" i said and struggled to get off the bed.
"yes your.fine and thats all that matter right now..but you have to rest.!"
my eyes trailed asher as he strided across my room and placed himself of the near by sofa.
dom came closer and handed me a glass of water from the bunching table...i nodded and thanked him.
"so..miss nur...what an unexpected coincidence.." asher uttered breaking the silence.
i slowly gulped the water contents and nodded...
"so how come you know mr.ahdal?" dom asked.
i nervously glanced at asher and then back at dom..."umm-i..i-"
"let me unfold our first acquaintance story" asher interrupted in a deep husky voice."lets just say that nurs father was a great ally of our "organization"...and i met her at a party!"
i stared disbelievingly at him..what the fuck is he lying!
"what are you doing here mr.asher" i said through gritted teeth
he came closer and sat beside me..."oh habibata...i came here for the fundraising event.." he said in a low voice...i cluchted his hand and buried my nails in his skin..."i know your'e lying.." my eyes started to get water..
"A..Are you guys okay?!" dom cut in...i quickly let go and asher stood up..
" i guess i shall be leaving now..." he announced. "sarrirat biliqayik habibata...and by the way ohh ya lah min khiar faqir min sadiqiha..(nice to see you again my love...) (what a poor choice of boyfriend) he said...making a grimace face towards dom..i stared at him with bewilderment!
"what did he just say?" dom said once asher was gone...i sighed and waved my hand. "oh nothing!"
dom scratched his neck and sat beside me.."nur look...i am familiar with mr.ahdals occupation and his work..and i know that he is a bad guy...it..its just weird that you guys know each other...i cant seem to grasp the point and ofcourse the lie he presented was a facade...whenever your'e comfortable...talk to me.."
i smiled and nodded. "dom...we should just leave somethings in past...so we could forget them."
"ashers..dangerous just stay away from him nur.!" i sighed and nodded.
