No One's POV

Mark and Amy had finished signing enough vampires up for their army and now they were starting to train the vampires. Especially Mark since he was a slayer himself, but now Mark had the upperhand since Colby believed that he had killed Mark during their fight on the cliff. Now that Mark thought about it, he had a dream about it. As he was helping to train the vampires Sam approached Mark looking very serious.

"What is it?" asked Mark.

"There's someone here to see you Mark, I think it might have been one of your old friends,"

Confusion swept across Mark's face as he followed Sam to the front of the castle. There standing just outside the front door was none other than Bob. Mark was just as surprised as Bob was when they saw each other. He also hadn't thought about how long he had been in Transylvania. He had arrived here at the beginning of the month now it was nearing the end and they were close to going to war.

"Bob?" questioned Mark as Bob had entered the castle, whilst fixing his glasses. His brown eyes observed Mark who wondered if his friend could see the difference between now and when he left for Transylvania.

Mark's POV

"Mark?" asked Bob as he approached me. "Your alive?"

"I wasn't at first,"

"You mean, you died?" I nodded my head but Bob still looked confused. I playfully rolled my eyes at him and waited for him to figure it out for himself. I watched as a spark of recognition crossed his face. He knew what was going on and since he had found out that I had died briefly, I waited for him to say something as it was going to be easier to understand than explaining it. "But then that means, you're a vampire?"

"Yes Bob, I am a vampire, not just any vampire one of the strongest vampires around aside from the ones I'm training."

"How?"

"Dark and I, we were joined together which made us merge and now I have his powers and abilities combined with my slayer powers,"

"Well it's a good thing you came back to life because Colby's army is almost ready and I had to come down here to find you and warn you about it,"

"I know that's why we're training an army of vampires ourselves,"

"I want to help,"

"What?"

"You heard me Mark, I want to help,"

"Are you sure you want to do this?"

"God damn it, yes, I'm sure, Colby is the cause of Jack and Wade's death."

I had almost forgotten about those two, however, that wasn't important now because it was time for action. If Bob is correct then we have less than a month to train the vampires before the slayer army marches on Transylvania. Suddenly a thought had surfaced, it was the thought that the humans were in grave danger. Especially those who live in Transylvania, we had to warn them. It was the only way we could save them and fight our battles.

"Thank you for reminding me," I said as I turned toward Sam. "Sam, we need to get those people to safety as soon as the army is ready,"

"How do you know they'll be able to trust us Mark?"

"Trust me, they'll know. Hopefully then this town won't be afraid of vampires anymore since we're trying to work as one,"

One Month Later

It was that time, I had been training as much vampires as I possibly could. Bob had joined us and we were on peak with our fighting, pretty soon there was going to be a battle against slayers and vampires. I worried that the vampires would lose but I knew that after teaching everyone the slayer's weaknesses, we would win. I sent some vampires out to the village to get them to send the humans somewhere that was safe until this battle was over with. Then I sent a scouting team ahead to see if the slayers had landed. We waited until we knew for certain when Colby's army had arrived.

I also had been acting as the leader trying to keep everyone strong and brave, I fed them blood and made sure that they knew what they were getting into. I had Bob go with the vampires to find the exact location of the slayers camp site or if they even showed up in the first place. While the group was on the prowl, Amy, Sam and I were looking at a map of Transylvania trying to figure out where we would station our army. I still couldn't believe that I was fighting a real war with a real enemy, it wasn't like anything in the video games. This was real war and I knew that this was going to be nasty.

As Amy, Sam and I were contemplating where to place some vampire soldiers I heard the door to the library open. Looking up from what I was doing, I turned my attention to the door where I saw the scouting party led by Bob enter the room.

"Any news?" I ask.

"They're in Transylvania and have set up camp not to far from the airport and the forest," responds one of the Vampires whose name was Eriq.

"Who's leading the army?"

"There are at least three generals, and one main leader,"

"What are their names?" asks Sam.

"Ethan is leading one group, Sarah is leading another, then there was another slayer whom I didn't recognize, finally Colby is leading the main army that is going to head toward this castle."

"Thank you, Bob, what about the villagers? Are they safe?"

"Yes, they're safe, hiding in another part of Transylvania where I doubt war will approach,"

"Good," I looked at everyone in the library, it was time for me to make a speech to hype everyone up before we go and attack. Since Colby was going to make his way to Bran Castle, I will be standing guard and leading the vampire army. "Gather everyone in the courtyard, it's time for me to make the speech,"

"Will do," says Bob as he leaves the library.

"Are you ready?"

"Yes," says Sam and Amy at the same time. Together we walked out of the library and made our way to the courtyard where all the vampires were waiting.
