Today is the Fourth of July! 🇺🇸

Today is going be a very fun and exciting family day for the Graceffa-Preda family! A day full of eating, swimming, playing and fireworks!

Daniel woke up bright and early this morning to pick up some last minute groceries for the day and to pick up a bouquet of flowers for Joey! Aspen went with Daniel to spend some much needed time with him!

Meanwhile at home, Joey is woken up abruptly by Ash throwing his stuffed animals out of his crib and he is now crying loudly because he wants them back.

The rest of the kids are still fast asleep in their bedrooms despite it being almost nine o'clock in the morning and Maria is of course up for the day.

Joey slowly gets out of bed and walks over to Ash's nursery. Ash is sitting up in his cribs and he is crying loudly.

"Ashy? Ashy? It's okay! It's okay! Look!" Joey says as he happily holds up all of Ash's stuffed animals, causing Ash to smile.

"Why did you throw them out of your crib, mister?" Joey asks Ash as Ash happily babbles and smiles.

Joey then picks up Ash and smells his butt and he smells poop.

"You are a stinky boy! Stinky boy! And Papa isn't here to change your diaper! Eww!" Joey says as Ash giggles loudly and blows raspberries.

Joey puts Ash on his changing table. Joey then pulls Ash's clothes and dirty diaper off.

"Pee yew buddy! You are stinky!" Joey says to Ash as Ash giggles and wiggles around playfully on the changing table.

"Stay still!" Joey says as he wrestles Ash, trying to keep him still on the changing table.

Joey takes a baby wipe and wipes Ash clean before putting a onesie on that says "My First Fourth of July"

Joey smiles and takes a picture of Ash in his outfit.

"Happy First Fourth of July, Ash!" Joey says in a babyfied voice at Ash and Ash smiles and blows raspberries at Joey.

"Let's see who is up with Nonna downstairs! Come on, Ash! Let's go!" Joey says in a babyfied voice as he picks up Ash and Ash babbles happily.

Joey carries Ash downstairs to find Maria and Luna on the couch together. Maria is watching the news and Luna is laying on Maria's lap.

"Hi, Luna! Hello, Maria!" Joey says with a big smile at Luna and Maria.

"Hello! And aww! There is Ashy! He is so precious in his outfit! Come to Nonna, Ash! Come to Nonna!" Maria says happily to Joey and Ash.

"Hi, Daddy and Ash!" Luna says as she happily runs over and hugs Joey's legs.

Joey then hands Ash to Maria and Ash hugs Maria, making Joey awe.

"Are all the other kids still asleep, Maria? It is almost 9:30!" Joey asks Maria with a chuckle.

"I think Haven, River and Eden are moving around up there! I am hearing talking in Eden's room! Maxwell and Everett played video games until two or three am, I yelled at them to go to bed because they were being loud and woke Lark up! And Aspen was on the phone that time too but Aspen went out with Daniel this morning. They are bringing all of us donuts home for breakfast." Maria says to Joey.
