[So, my stupid laptop deleted this chapter before I could post it. I apologize for taking so long. Anyway this is going to take place some time after the last chapter. Also, I was a little unhappy at how 'upbeat' the last chapter was, so I'm just going to take it out on this one MWAHAHAHAHA! Ahem, please excuse that, what I mean to say is this chapter will not be quite as pleasant compared to the last one. Thank you for your time. By the way, if you have any suggestions as to what you would like to happen please let me know. I actually enjoy incorporating the ideas, and find that it makes the story a lot better.Oh and by the way, it is going to be Angela instead of Ash today and in Sebby's point of view.]

I was finally done with all my duties. It had been a bit of a challenge to avoid (yourname), but I had managed. I couldn't handle being near her...I couldn't handle keeping up this act. I walked as swiftly as I could to my room and shut the door. I made sure to lock it before practically collapsing on the bed. I hadn't felt this way in so long, in fact I wasn't sure if I ever felt this way. Pain coursed through my body constantly, I could hardly contain the effects.

"Hello Sebastian.", I turned to see a smiling Angela.

"Always in the mix of the trouble aren't you."

"I only do what is right and just. I do not start the trouble, I end it.", she said walking towards me.

"You're just fooling yourself.", I shot at her. She waved the comment off and came to sit beside me.

"It hurts doesn't it. I could make it stop you know. I truly do hate to cause unneeded pain.", she continued, gently running her fingers over the branding on my palm. I nearly lurched as a whole new wave of pain surged through me. I did my best to bear it, gritting my teeth and steadying my breathing. She looked down at me, a grieving look etched into her features. I stood as best I could, trying not to give away the hold she had over me. I walked towards the door that led to the bathroom. I used the handle to support myself without making it too obvious. She followed me to where I was. She looked at where my hand rested and smirked shaking her head.

"It doesn't have to be this way. All you would have to do is hand over Ciel and that girl you've become so infatuated with, and it would all be over."

"I would rather endure the worst torture ever possible for the rest of eternity.", I spat. She just shrugged and smiled.

"Have it your way." The pain soon became unbearable. It was like the hottest, worst fire had decided to fill my veins, coursing through them in shock waves. It spread from my palm, up my arm, and to my chest, before slowly consuming the rest of my body. My skin felt...I couldn't even find a word to describe the feeling. It was like it had been rubbed in disintegrating acid. Spots danced in my vision, and I could hear Angela laughing. I couldn't take it anymore, I collapsed on my knees. She kicked me in the chest and sent me flying back into the bathroom, basically destroying the door in the process. I could hear distant yelling coming from somewhere, but found it impossible to focus on anything. She ripped my coat and shirt from me. Afterwards, she grabbed me by the neck and threw me into the tub.

" It would be a shame to make a mess. I don't think I've ever seen you so vulnerable. It's almost comical.", she said sitting on the edge of the porcelain tub. She lightly caressed my cheek, smiling evilly. She placed a hand against my chest and muttered something. What followed was the worst feeling I had ever experienced. I am almost surprised it didn't end my existence in that very moment. A rough cut of a cross, seared its way into my flesh, slicing through my skin from the inside. My chest was tight, and felt like it was filled with toxic chemicals. Words soon followed on my collar bone. I couldn't stop the growl that escaped my lips as I writhed in pain. I could feel the blood being drained from me.

She removed her hand from my chest. She then placed a hand on either side of my face as she rested her forehead against my own. A smile crept onto her face as I tried to catch my breath.

"Are you sure you would rather endure that forever?", she asked lightly. I couldn't answer her, in fact I could barely hear a word she said. She lightly pecked my lips before standing.

"Let me know when you change your mind.", she said walking out.

[Your point of view]

You continued to pound on the door. You didn't know what was going on in there, but you knew it wasn't good. Storm stood beside you, leaning against the wall as though nothing was happening.

"Sebastian! Open the door!", you yelled again. You kicked the door as hard as you could, but it didn't do much.

"It's not going to help.", Storm said nonchalantly, messing with her nails. You let out a frustrated breath, and mentally counted to ten in hopes of calming your nerves.

"Then why don't you do something?", you asked. She looked at you and smiled.

"Because I don't give a dam."

"Fine! Just...Fine!", you yelled throwing your hands in the air. You paced back and forth, trying to think of a way to force open the door. You jumped and practically flew to the door when you heard the humble click of the lock. You threw the door open and looked around the room to find it empty. You frowned in confusion before noticing a dim light coming from another room you hadn't realized was there. You carefully walked in its direction to find a horrific sight.

Sebastian was in the tub, but was still partially clothed. The tub itself was filled with, what you could only assume, was blood. He lay there almost dead, a cross and some Latin words carved into his chest. You were in his line of vision, but it was like he couldn't see you. You noticed him shaking slightly from the pain. You stood frozen for a few moments, unsure if this was real.

"Sebastian...", you said quietly. You walked to his side and placed a hand on his arm. He slowly moved his head to face you. His eyes were broken, tears spilling over. He was a ghostly white, even compared to his usual pale skin. You looked into his defeated, dead eyes that revealed nothing to you. You shook your head back and forth, trying to convince yourself it was a dream. He couldn't really be this injured could he? He was a demon, an immortal demon. There was absolutely no way. You wrapped your arms around him, burying your face in his shoulder. He just laid still, barely breathing.

[*cowers in corner* Please don't hate me! I know, I know, that was mean. I'll be honest though, I've been looking forward to writing this chapter. Maybe I'm just a sadist or something, but I really think that a beaten up, broken Sebastian is super sexy. The picture above really inspired me too. That lovely artwork was done by Keiichou (Gabreil) on deviantart . I adore her Sebastian art pieces, especially those where he is beaten half to death. I did promise that I would clear this up though. She ships Ciel x Sebastian, and is not in anyway related to this fanfic. I love her art and urge you to check it out. Have a nice day/night!]
