it's that summer feeling. the feeling of being on a beach after the sun goes down and the wind whipping your hair around. the clear blue night sky with the brightest moon illuminating our faces. i looked up at you and i knew everything was okay. i knew by the way you smiled, the way your shoulders were relaxed, by the sound of your voice, that i am okay. the way you look at me and smile because you just caught me staring for the third time today, and definitely more to come, but you'll pick on me about it later. but for now, everything is at peace, no one is hurt, no one is sad, we are safe and content. i am
