Hey guys, it's Ven! Just wanted to wish you all a safe month, year, whatever with this whole coronavirus thing. Moving on though, this story was brought to you by the wonderful @MagicalRainbowWriter!
That was it. We were moving away to the Netherlands.
"Isn't this great!?" dad exclaimed.
Me and my little sister nodded. This was actually happening. We found a house.
*****A few months later******
"Get the camera!" mom yelled as she stuck the key in the lock. "Quick! It's freezing!"
My sister got out my mom's phone and filmed the "grand opening" of our house.
"Oh my gosh this is so cool!" my sister squeaked once the door opened.
And guess what? She was right! I knew that life here would be a lot better, not just because of our new house. Leaving Aruba, no matter how painful it was, was going to be worth it.
But maybe I was wrong.
