Night terrors.

plural noun: night terrors; noun: night terror
feelings of great fear experienced on suddenly waking in the night.
For short, something that has gotten worse for me.
They vary in plotline.
They vary in people.
They vary in situation.
Some of them are based off of the things I experienced at my high school, my old high school.
However, most of them are about my ex boyfriend.
One of the last, most recent things he had said to me was "Don't forget, I've been to your house, and I remember where you live. I may have moved, but I know you're dad never will." I think that quote has fueled most of these terrors.
It goes like this:
He gets into my room
He grabs me
Shows me my dead parents
Holds a knife to my throat
And that's where it ends.
That's, of course, the nightmare that fuels the terror.
I have therapy tomorrow, I'll hang in there.

Oop sorry for waiting so long to update! I'm thinking of creating a borderline schedule so that you all know when to expect an entry.

Of course, this is a diary so the updates may not stick perfectly to the schedule but I'm gonna try!
