Tari X Meggy: One Shots

What would I do without you?

 It's been a little while since the Luigi-in-the-moat incident. Since then, Mario is not allowed near the moat. Things have been pretty peaceful in Tari and Meggy's home. Tari woke up, feeling happy. She looked to the other side of the bed to wake Meggy, but the other side was empty. Then Tari remembered. Meggy was participating in the Splatfest. Tari then became sad, because she had to go the week without Meggy. She got out of bed. She showered, got dressed, and started to play some video games. After a while, Tari decided to go for a walk. She just had to find a way to stop thinking about Meggy.

Tari took a nice walk. She didn't exactly know where she was going. She just kept thinking of Meggy while she walked. She wanted to feel her touch again. She wanted Meggy to cuddle her to sleep. She just wanted Meggy period. While she walked and thought, she ended up at the path near the pond where she and Meggy met. She looked over there in sadness. But then, Tari's eye caught something. Was it? It couldn't be!

Tari: Sofia?!

Tari's best friend and fellow MD-5 member looked her way. After she saw her, she smiled.

Sofia: Tari! I knew I'd find you here!

Tari gave Sofia a big hug. It's been a few weeks since she went back to Silica City.

Tari: I can't believe you're here! What're you doing here?

Sofia: Well...I missed you! Masa misses you too, but his ego is keeping him from saying it. Yesterday, he was humming "Always Running".

Tari: That's my favorite song! 

Sofia: I know! Lamar misses you. He actually says it though. I asked him to come with me to visit, but he said he'll do it on his own time. 

Tari: Makes sense. Hey! I'm gonna call someone. Maybe you can stay with me for however long you plan to stay.

Tari calls Meggy. When she picks up, Tari is so happy to hear her voice.

Meggy: "Hello"?

Tari: Meggy! Hi? How are you!

Meggy: "Tari! Hi! I'm great! Just got finished training. What's up?"

Tari: I called because my best friend Sofia is in town. She wants to know if she could stay with us! Only for a few days. If you're okay with it, I'm okay with it too!

Meggy was silent for a few seconds. She seemed to be thinking. 

Meggy: "Of course! Tell Sofia she can stay for as long as she needs. We'll just have to hold off sex until she leaves though."

Tari laughed at her comment. Thankfully Sofia didn't hear it. Sofia didn't know who she was talking too or that whoever it was were dating. She DID know that Tari was bisexual. Sofia was also. But that's another story for another time (hint).

Tari: Thanks Meggy! What would I do without you? Love you!

Meggy: "Love you more!"

Tari hung up and looked at Sofia. Sofia didn't acknowledge the "Love you" because that's what you say to friends. Well, sometimes.

Tari: Well Sofia, looks like we have the house to ourselves for the week! 

Sofia: Yahooo!

                 What will happen next? I don't really know. I just make it up as I type. I'm gonna be doing stories in each day. By the way, I plan on making a Tari and Meggy Q&A.
