One particular day, Meggy woke up early in the afternoon. She had won a Splatfest (finally), and she was bone tired. But that good night's sleep helped a lot. She went downstairs to see Tari sitting at the table on her 3DS.
Tari: Good afternoon sweetie!
Meggy: Good afternoon? I've slept into the afternoon?
Tari: Yup! Nothing really happened, so I let you be.
Meggy: Oh, okay. So! What's on the agenda?
Tari: Oh, nothing much. Just going to Silica City tomorrow. Hey! Wanna come with me? For the past few weeks, we haven't been out together.
Meggy: Well, I don't really know if I want to...
Tari: Oh, come on Meggy! It'll be fun! I know you love video games too! I also want you to meet MD-5!
Meggy looks at Tari's pleading face. Meggy then looks to be thinking.
Tari: Come on! You know what? I'm not going without you! We need more time together.
Meggy realized that Tari wasn't planning on letting this go.
Tari: If you come with me, we can have "fun" of our own when we get back!
Meggy: What time are we leaving?
I know this one was rather short, but I'm making "Day Two" right now.
