Tari X Meggy: One Shots

Day Three

 Tari woke to the sound of light snoring. She already knew it was Sofia. Wait....did she? The snore sounded familiar. Tari looked over to see.. Meggy in bed with Sofia?! They were just laying there! Cuddling!

Tari: Sofia, how could-

Tari stopped herself. She meant to say Meggy, right? Well, whichever, it woke the two up. Sofia took one look at Tari, then winked. Tari awoke abruptly, panting like she was having an actual scary nightmare. She felt an arm across her chest and leg against her own. Tari looked over. It was Sofia. Tari was TOTALLY caught off guard. Why was Sofia in her bed? She softly woke Sofia.

Tari: Good morning Sofia. What're you doing in my bed?

Sofia: Good morning Tari. You asked me to sleep near you when you had a nightmare a few hours ago.

Sofia yawned and fell back asleep. Tari did remember having a nightmare, and Sofia coming to check on her, and Tari asking her to sleep with her in the bed. Tari was confused. First, she was unsure about what she meant when she loved Sofia. Now asking to sleep in the bed? What was going on? Well, at least Sofia didn't go on Tari's bed without consent. The bad news is that Sofia shifted.Now,her head was on her chest and arm on stomach. She knew she couldn't get up. But Tari did feel a teensy bit tired still, so she fell back asleep also. 

When Tari awoke the second time, she almost screamed. Sofia's face was millimeters away from Tari's. She thought of ways to move her face or wake her up, but Sofia woke up on her own.

Sofia: Oh! Hey Tari! How're you feeling?

Tari sat up, giving Sofia a reason to sit up herself.

Tari: I feel fine, why?

Sofia: Because your face is red.

 Tari snuck a look in the mirror across her dresser to see that she was indeed blushing. 

Tari: Never mind.

Sofia got up, stretched, and got in the shower. Tari took this chance to call Meggy. It's been a while since they talked. She dialed Meggy's phone.

Meggy: "Hello?"

Tari: Hi Meggy!

Meggy: "Tari! How are you?"

Tari: I'm good. Sofia's good. It's been pretty calm here. I miss you though. I can't wait for you to come back.

Meggy: "Me too! I promise you I'll be home soon. We made it to third, and the semifinals are tomorrow."

Tari: You know I wanna come watch, but I don't have my passport. It's in Silica City. I have to make another one to use over here.

Meggy: "Yeah, I get it.

Tari: Well, I'm gonna let you get back to your training. I love you Meggy.

Meggy: "I love you more!

Tari smiled and hung up. As soon as she did, Sofia turned the shower water off. Tari got up to leave so she could get dressed. An hour later, the two friends were relaxing on the couch.

Tari: So Sofia! What should we do today?

Sofia: Hm. I don't know. But I do have an idea for lunch! 

Sofia held up two bags from the ramen restaurant that hides away the MD-5 hideout.

Tari: Ramenbot made food for you to bring for us? How sweet!

Sofia: I know, right?

Tari: Yeah! Let's go eat, shall we?

Tari grabbed Sofia's hand and led her to the dining table. Tari forgot to let go of her hand( don't ask why, it just helps with the freakin plot) when they sat down. If Sofia didn't forget, she didn't say anything. It was after they got done chowing down when Tari realized that her fingers were still entwined with Sofia's. 

Tari: Oh! Um...

She let go of Sofia's hand. Sofia, who was finishing up her food, didn't really notice. After lunch, like they've been doing for the past couple days, they took a walk. They went to a little park and sat at the bench. There, they saw Mario, who was stuck in the baby swing. Tari, who was used to Mario's stupidity, barely noticed, but Sofia on the other hand, she rushed over to help the plumber in distress.

Sofia: Oh my gosh! Do I need to call 911?!

Mario: Oh, I don't know. MAYBE!!!!!

Tari heard Mario scream at Sofia. Tari walked over to see Sofia, who's feelings can get hurt pretty easily, look down at her shoes.

Tari: Hey! Don't scream at her! It's not her fault you are in that situation! Blame your own stupidity!

Once again, she grabbed Sofia's hand and led her home. There, they watched movies together until they fell asleep on the same couch. Cuddled up and all. At this point, Tari didn't care. Everything would go back to normal when Sofia left in two days. But until then, Sofia is Tari's girlfriend for now.
