Ever since Madam Malkin informed us, we were free to talk all we wanted while she fitted our robes, James and that boy Sirius didn't shut up.
They talked about everything. From Quidditch, to Chocolate Frog cards, and I hated it.
I thought of James like a brother, he's been my best friend as long as I can remember. We share something he will never share with any other kid, especially not this kid. A single memory, that changed our lives.
Madam Malkin finished me first, so, as she continued working on the boys, I told James I going to get our books.
I planned to go straight to Flourish and a Blotts, but I found I couldn't. In fact, I could barely take two steps outside the store.
Stumbling I drifted off to the side, into a dark alleyway, where hopefully, no one could see me.
Here, I lost my mind into the hopelessness that are my memory's.
