I went out of Lukas’s room when my father’s face showed. He asked if we could talk. I agreed of course, I was the one who summoned him.

“Any news, Dad?” I asked. He sighed. “Pwede bang hindi tayo dito mag-usap?” He asked me. I nod and he led the way to our car. We got in and he handed me an envelope.

“The police said it is home robbery but as the detective investigates, he thinks that it is not just robbery but a revenged. And as the witness told him the story about the person he knew. It is Andrew De Vega. He is not captured until now, son. Now, Detective Clark told the police about it and they collide to capture Andrew De Vega. He’s have multiple cases already but son, I want to inform you, they didn’t get anything from the Villa. I think they are searching for something in the Villa.” Dad explained. This is why I love about Dad. Being finished in Master in Business Administration and took a special courses in Criminology, my Dad and his company is one of the best security company in the whole world. Aside from that, kahit anong proud ko dahil nalaman ni Dad kung ano ang nangyari ay natatakot pa rin ako sa pamilya ni Blaze. Yes, they have securities pero nangyari pa rin ang kinatatakutan ko. One thing ang pinagtataka ko, sabi ng police ay robbery pero ang sabi ni Dad ay may hinahanap raw ang mga ito. Then in an instant I remember something that makes sense.

Andrew De Vega, will never get involve in robbery because one factor is that he owns big medicinal drug in the Philippines that is why Kuya Ezequiel became a drug dependant because he became a human tester. Second, Kuya Ezequiel is the only son of Andrew De Vega and Kuya Ezequiel died because of liver failure. My Dad cremates Kuya Ezequiel’s body into urn because that is what Kuya Ezequiel wants and he wants it to be in my belongings or in Blaze. I remember one person asked me if I know Kuya Ezequiel and he asked me if I know where he was and I told that guy that Kuya Ezequiel died and his urn is with Blaze. He might be one of Andrew De Vega’s guys and he wants Kuya Ezequiel’s urn.

“Dad, he wants Kuya Ezequiel.” I told him. Napakunot naman ang noo ni Dad pero ilang sandali ay napangiti rin siya.

“Ayaw mo talagang magpulis?” Tanong niya. I shook my head I never intend to be part of his company nor to Mom’s. YK loves to be a Detective so he could take Dad’s place and KY is into publishing and that’s Mom’s company. I could build on my own, with a little help of them of course.

Gulong-gulo pa rin ang isip ko sa sinabi ni Yumi. Dumating ang kapatid ko sa kwarto ni Lukas at niyakap kaagad siya ni Mommy. Si Daddy naman nakatayo lang sa may pader at hinahayaan niya sila Mommy.

“Bakit hindi mo sinabi sa amin?” Tanong ni Mommy.

“I am afraid, Mom.” Sabi lang  ni Kayezza and I saw Dad went near them.

“Hindi ka matalino, anak. Kasi lahat natatandaan mo, kahit hindi ka na mag-aral.” Sabi ni Daddy habang nakangisi. Ngumuso naman si Kayezza at pinanliitan si Daddy. Lalong ngumiti si Daddy ng ginawa yun ng kapatid ko pero bigla niyang tinalunan si Daddy.

“Aray! Baby girl baba ka na. Ang bigat mo na! May crush ka na nga nagpapabuhat ka pa.” Biglang na tigilan si Kayezza.

“Wala akong crush.” Sabi ni Kayezza.
