"Errrr... make yourself at home?" I mumble sheepishly, carelessly tossing my bag into the hallway.

Not going to lie, having Katsuki in my house makes me pretty nervous. I never thought the day would come when I got to this stage of friendship with him. He seems too closed off and untrusting to willingly go to somebody else's flat.

At the beginning of the year, I doubt he knew of my pathetic existence...

Katsuki narrows his eyes, inspecting the drab corridor. The only thing here is my shoe rack. "Well this is as plain as fuck."

"Shut it," I scoff, walking into the living room, and opening a curtain I forgot to this morning. Katsuki looks around, his eyebrows furrowed.

My apartment is no doubt one of the dullest places you'll visit. It's relatively big, yet I haven't got much things, so most of it's just dust, empty space and white washed walls, with the odd photo hanging around.

Depressing, I know; but that's my life summed up in one word.

I'm such a sad old git.

I walk over to the kitchen, opening the fridge in search for some form of snack.

"Fuck, I'm out of noodles," I mutter, as I open my carbohydrate cupboard. "I'll go down to Seven Eleven and get some later..."

My kitchen is inbuilt, for space saving purposes. Other rooms include a guest bedroom, a laundry room, two bathrooms and my bedroom.

Katsuki notices the large windows in the far left of the room, spanning from the ceiling to the floor, basically making up the whole wall. He walks over, and glances down, shoving his hands into his pockets.

Below, is an absolutely magnificent view of the typical urban setting, with a motorway on the south side, going towards Himeji, disappearing far off into the distance. Beyond that is a series of small buildings on the side of the road, leading off into the more dodgy parts of Mustafa (which I totally don't visit at all), painted with faded colours. It's a rather quiet area round there, but the ever noisy rumbling of the cars below don't give that impression.

Far off, if you squint, you can make out the beginnings of the countryside, some stray strips of green peeking hesitantly over the horizon. A couple of deserted farm houses are over there; remnants of the now dead agricultural Japan, that are now left as simple reminders of the fact that we may live in a very technologically advanced society, but our roots are far from the virtual lives we have today.

I join Katsuki at the window, looking out and onwards over the rather symbolic scene.

"Great view, isn't it?" I say softly, tilting my head, already wanting to just sit down and watch, like I usually do when I get home.

Katsuki doesn't speak a word, only parting his lips slightly.

We stand there, unable to not watch, until I slowly slink to the floor, my legs starting to ache. After a minute or two, Katsuki follows suit, crossing his legs, and leaning his arms on them, as he continues to stare.

I barely register it. I'm too busy gazing out of the window, time already becoming a foreign concept.

We sit silence.

After half an hour, I peel my eyes away to look at him. He's still staring, his features remarkably relaxed, which makes me wonder if I should just lean over and kiss him while I have the chance---

I hold back a screech at my thoughts.

What the fuck, (Y/N)???

"... uh, do you want anything to eat?" I ask quietly, giving him a small nudge. "I have spicy nachos."

"Bring them over here," he replies without missing a beat.

I stare at his beautiful face for a second longer, before getting up and pulling myself over to the kitchen, and even there, I can't stop myself from glancing over my shoulder to look at him.

Oh ho ho, there's something wrong with me today.

Wait, I thought there was always something wrong with me.

Coughing slightly for no particular reason, I pull the nachos from the cupboard and walk back over.

Katsuki still has his eyes focused on the ever flowing traffic going up the highway.

"Where does it go?" he asks, gesturing to the road.

"Hm?" I hum, "Oh, it goes down towards Himeji. It's constantly full, people must like going down there to see the grand castle. Plus, apparently it's got a very good selection of shops there, only bested by Kyoto's massive shopping district at it's main station."

Katsuki eyes me, before muttering, "For a foreigner, you seem to know a lot about Japan."

I laugh awkwardly, scratching the back of my head as I sit down. "Not really. It's only because I really want to go to Kyoto and Himeji. I barely know anything else about Japan..." I look wistfully out of the window. "But I do really want to go to Tokyo."

Katsuki crunches loudly on his crisps. "Really?"

"Yeah. When it's Winter break, I'll have saved enough money to go up there. I've worked it all out. I'm going to stay in the Shinjuku district, and I'm going to visit the Emperor's palace, the underground flood tunnels..." I sigh, smiling to myself excitedly. "I can't wait."

Katsuki eyes me yet again. "You're going alone? To Shinjuku?"

"Well, yeah. Only for four days, but I've already booked the bullet train tickets in advance, seeing as winter break is only two weeks away." I say, and I become puzzled when he scowls.

"Don't be stupid. You can't go to Shinjuku by yourself. It's good tourist wise, but it's also famous for having a lot of Villains around." He snorts, stuffing a handful of food into his mouth.

My face falls, and I look away. "Oh..."

Then an idea comes to mind.

My head snaps to him at a dangerous pace, making a loud crack sound. He looks disgusted, but doesn't get time to insult, as I grab his arm.

"Then come with me!"

"What?!"

"Come with me!" I repeat, my eyes shining. "I'll pay for you! I've got loads of leftover money, and it'll be funner if it's with you!"

"It's be... funner?" he questions, looking confused.
(A/n: see season 3, the face he made when everyone was discussing without him.)

I feel a surge of warmth from embarrassment, but keep my determined face on. "Yeah! Everything's better with you, Katsuki!"

He stares. I stare back.

Then, he slowly detatches my hands off his arm, and grabs the nachos again.

Placing a worrying amount of the stuff into his mouth, getting crumbs all over my floor, he mutters, "It's not at Christmas, right?"

I shake my head frantically.

"I'll go then, I guess." He grumbles. "Ain't got nothing better to do. As long as I'm home for Christmas, cuz the old hag will want me around for family shit."

My face lights up like a Christmas tree.

"Katsuki!" I screech, tackling him by the waist, and he falls onto the floor. I snuggle into his stomach, repeatedly parroting thank you, as he lays there, shaking with anger.

"THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU!"

"GET THE FUCK OFF ME FRIZZY!"

A/n: yee, so we're into another arc I've planned!

This isn't part of any manga stuff, but I made this section to further d e v e l o p your bond with mr boom boom man.

Without further ado, welcome to the Tokyo arc! Full of cliches, tourist sights I myself visited on my trip to Japan, and soft boi Katsuki (sometimes).
