Forever Love

Chapter 1

The three teens just lowered their heads because of embarrassment as their mothers told them how they used to be when they're just a little kid.

"You used to hate Junhoe that time because Hayoon is with him everyday, having fun instead of being with you" Mrs. Kim said as she teases her son more. "Then Hanbin sulked. Hayoon started to cry and Junhoe comforts her" Mrs. Koo added.

"Omma!" The three of them shouted as their moms kept on teasing them non stop. "What? We did nothing" Mrs. Kim said.

"You're already grown up now. I already miss the times that you three will play with each other, but Hanbin becomes the third wheel" Mrs. Kim said, "the two of you are really really sweet with each other ever since you were still a kid. I will not be surprised if you tell us that you two are already dating" Mrs. Koo said, referring to Junhoe and Hayoon.

Hanbin widened his eyes as he heard what Mrs. Koo said. "No! They can't be dating!" He said and pulled his sister closer to him, "she's only mine! You can't take her away from me!" He added, still holding her close and hiding her from Junhoe, sending him death glare.

The two mothers laughed at Hanbin's silly attitude while Junhoe doesn't know what to do anymore. He knows if he defends himself, his hyung, will burst into anger. And, he didn't want that to happened.

"Mom! Why are you laughing? You should be on my side"

"Hey, my son, remember what I said when you were still kid?"

".....you can't do against it when destiny itself has made it for them" those words from her mother popped out in his mind.

"Mom, I'm just being protected towards my sister. I don't want any random guy to be her boyfriend. I don't want her to be hurt. Besides, she's still so young for heartbreaks. She's too precious for that" he said defending himself.

"But, Junhoe is not just a random guy. He is your childhood friend"

"He's not my friend. He's my enemy"

"Oppa!/son!" Both girls shouted.

Hayoon get out of her brother's grip and went to Junhoe and hugged him tight.

"How can you say that oppa? I hate you!" Hayoon said while tears started to flow on her cheeks, still hugging her best friend tight.

"You really choose him over me? Your brother! I hate you too!" He said and went to his room slamming the door making the people downstairs startled because of the sudden noise.

"Hey, Hayoon, Junhoe, it's okay" both mother said as they comfort their child.

"Does he really meant it? Why is oppa like that mom" Hayoon said as she till crying this time in her mother's embrace. "Your oppa didn't meant it okay. Like what he said, he's just being protected over you. You are his baby sister, that's why he's like that. Just give your brother a time, I'm sure he will accept you being with Junhoe" her mom said comforted her.

After some dramas, the Koo's get back to their house already.

The parents of the two, felt the tension between their children but they just shrugged it off and just continue their meal.

After the meal, Mrs. Kim decided to go to his son's room and talk to him.

"Son..." She said as she saw her son laying on his bed, with his earphone on.

Hanbin felt the presence of his mom and took off his earphone and looked at his mom with teary eyes. Mrs. Kim went to his son and hugged him while patting his back.

"Am I a bad brother?" He asked, hugging his mom.

"Shhh, no, you're not hmmm?"she said, assuring his son that he's not a bad brother. "I made her cry mom. I made her cry- I don't want her to be hurt, but I'm the one who made her hurt. Now, she hates me" he said still crying.

Mrs. Kim just patted his back, signaling him to continue. "I just said that because, she's always with him. I'm jealous mom" Hanbin said.

"Son, listen to me. I know you need time, but please talk to them as soon as possible. They were both hurt" she said before kissing his forehead and bidding him goodnight.

Once his mother went out of his room, he started to cry softly. Not making any noises.

"Why is this happening to me? I just wanted to be with my sister. Is that wrong?" He thought to himself.

<Hanbin's POV>

I was walking in the hallway, when I saw my sister's room's door wide open.

I peeked in, wanted to know what she's doing. But, felt jealous when I saw Junhoe playing with her. Again.

I sighed before walking in her room and walked towards them.

"Can I join?" I asked them.

They looked at me and smiled before nodding and move a little to give me space. I was about to lay beside my sister but Junhoe is already laying beside her.

I glared at Junhoe, before pulling Hayoon beside me.

"Oppa, wae?" She asked. "Lay down beside me" I said as I made her lay down between me and Junhoe.

Hayoon chuckled as I put my arms around her, while her arms around Junhoe.

The entire movie, she didn't face nor hugged me back. She just hugged Junhoe.

I looked at the both of them before putting away my arms from her and got up from her bed.

"Where are you going oppa?" She asked as she saw me getting out from her bed. "I need to finish my assignment. Have fun you two" I said before getting out from her room.

I immediately went outside of the house, going to the park where we used to play and sat at the bench, crying.

"Are you okay?" Someone said.

I looked up and saw a little boy holding a cotton candy. Handing it to me.

"I'm Kim Jinhwan, you want to be my friend?" The boy asked.

I just nodded and get the cotton candy from his grip. "Thank you, I would like to" I said and he ruffled my hair.

I suddenly smiled thinking how Jinhwan hyung and I met.

He was there with me every time I feel lonely. He was there to cheer me up when I'm feeling down. He did everything just to make me happy and I really appreciate it.

I was glad that I went to the park that time, if not I will be very lonely.

I'm glad that I met Jinhwan hyung and become my best friend.
