The Beginning

(Please note I will be using my oc Ethan)

In an instant, I was in a new realm. I glanced down from where I was laying and saw Earth, yet, it seemed somehow, different. I a human being can't remember anything from last week but here I am, falling to Earth's surface. My name is Ethan, I have dark brown hair that covers my left eye, I have light tan skin, and only where dark-colored cloths. I thought I knew what my future held for me... but I was wrong.

I closed my eyes as I slowly drifted towards the earth. "KSHHOO," I was about to hit Earth's surface. I opened my eyes and looked around, I was in a crater. I looked at my feet and at my nearly busted vans, "ugh, I have to get new shoes". Right next to me was a rock, it looked as if it would burn my finger if I touched it so I left it be. I stood up and started to walk to the nearest side of the large crater I was in. That is when I heard a helicopter. One was starting to land, the wind it created was tough and something I wasn't used to. I was weak in my current state. The large black helicopter landed. The doors popped open and from it, something unexpected came out of it.

A dog, standing on two legs. I was so confused, for a moment I thought I was delusional. He looked like a labrador or a golden retriever, I was too tired to tell. He was wearing a formal outfit and said in a deep voice, "interesting." That was all I could hear before I passed out of exhaustion.

I woke up an hour later when we landed, in the helicopter, there was a bird piloting, a fox next to him, and across from me was the man who I saw earlier.

"Oh, so your awake," he said in a monotone voice.

"Um, excuse me but what are you and where am I," I said worriedly. I glanced out the window and saw we arrived and a private landing area, right by a large house.

"Are you clueless? Do you not understand what I am? I'm a regular animal that's what and you're at my home. These two are merely my private pilots. In fact, what are you?" he asked me as if he was disgusted.

"I'm a human being, a creature that possesses the skills to create and decimate many things," I spoke up defensively.

"Interesting," he saw my reaction.

"No, need to get defensive. I'll be taking you in till we get things situated," he said and gave me a fake smile.

He and his cold blue eyes stepped out of the helicopter and signaled me to follow. I did so and couldn't help but notice the two men in front staring at me like I was some sort of buffoon. I kept walking toward his house. We arrived and he oped the black glossy door.

"Jack, you there?" the man in front of me said like it was a demand.

"Yes father, I'm coming now," someone inside replied from out of sight.

Before the other voice arrived the man in front of me released the weirdest chuckle

"Say, Jack. Didn't you say you always wanted a brother? Well, I got the second-best thing," the man in front of me said with a bittersweet voice.

My chest was thumping my stomach felt odd and that's when it happened. I saw the beautiful hazel eyes of a boy my age right in front of me.
