title: the witch hunt
any descriptions of your work? so this kinda cliché but the story went like this...Irene has been living her life as a human pretty much normal, not until she turned 18 y/o. the prophecy she's been avoiding all the time was practically the the reason why everything went downhill : "the chosen who saunters alone, shall delve through darkness that has been told, decimate the evil by own good , the one to navigate between death and being" . as the chosen one,,, she has to eliminate the black witch who has done nothing but evil, hatred and savageness,,, in short irene has to hunt her down. "hunting down my own kinda wouldn't be as bad as i think it is,,,right?"
that's pretty much it and as you can see in my graphic, irene is between the two colors which are blue and red . i used them to match with last line in the prophecy " the one to navigate death and being" where being/life is the blue side and the death one is for the red side meaning it's like life and death depend on what she does, it may cause death or she could save everyone. the text behind her also symbolizes that she's been avoiding something, specifically the prophecy,,, she doesn't like the idea of being the chosen one and also the fact that she's a witch that's why i didn't make her look like a witch, she just wanted a normal life. i did add some random elements to make it look like she's familiar or related to witchy stuff lmao. and yeahh that's it.
how did you come up with this idea? ; i'm really into witchcraft and when i saw these prompt i went like " ohh this one is good" and i just chose it lol. also i've been watching a lot of tv series related to witches these days so i got some of my inspo and ideas there kekeke
hints on how you did this cover/graphics? ; i actually didn't used a lot of renders for these graphic, pen tool, brush tool and the smudge where the ones i mainly used, also some few textures to give it a more intense atmosphere.
