title: after this night
descriptions in your work? when i first read the titles, this one in particular appealed to me as a very magical/fantasy themed graphic. in this, i imagined chanyeol as this parrot spirit who lost his mate due to an illegal pet trade. i'm not sure whether the tears are visible or not but i put it there to further emphasize this point and the rainbow trail left by the tear represents that he's crying his heart out and all his feelings. i also added the rainbow trial to represent that :) i thought that this correlated with the title as it intrigues the readers and makes them ask, "well what really happened after that night?" after the night that made chanyeol heartbroken and after when he attempt to finds the other protagonist back. (woops got carried away and made an entire plot :p)
(illegal pet trades and other causes such as disease have contributed to the near extinction of some parrot species and i thought that i really wanted to represent that with my graphic.)
how did you come up with this idea? i was looking for a suitable render to use before coming across some kokobop era renders and i wanted to use chanyeol's version c: since the era itself was very tropical, i decided to go along with the theme hence this was created :)
hints on how you did this cover/graphics? i rendered some parrots myself and used the motion blur effect to show that the birds are flying around him and i also used this effect on chanyeol himself as just the render itself looked too sharp and out of place. also i added some rainbow bokeh effects to further emphasize the fantasy aspects.
