Faith was walking together with Caroline into the wander woods of Idris. This was the first time Faith could actually go out and hunt a real demon. She has never even seen one or fought one and she would be lying if she said that she wasn't scared. She knew that the simulations were much different and safer than a real life scenario. 

"Are you okay?" Caroline asked as she held her seraph blade up. Faith looked at her best friend and nodded.

"Why wouldn't I be?" Faith asked, acting like nothing was wrong. Caroline looked at her best friend and gave her a look. Faith  sighed and just looked at her.

"Okay, I am terrified. Is that what you want to hear?" Faith asked as they were walking again. Caroline laughed softly.

"Not really but I will have your back. Don't worry." Caroline said as she held onto Faith's hand. She turned her head so she could look at Caroline and smiled. 

"Look who decided to join us." Faith heard a familiar voice say. When she looked up, she saw Ava with a seraph blade. She had this grin around her lips as if she had some sort of an evil plan going on.

Faith didn't knew how she should react. She never really wanted to be the centre of attention. She hated when everyone looked at her. It just made her feel uncomfortable.

"Cut her some slack." Blake said as he walked towards Faith and Caroline.

"Welcoming to the party." He said with a smirk as he looked into the eyes of Faith. Faith looked at him and gave him a shy smile. 

"Party?" Faith asked a little bit confused. She thought that everyone came here to demon hunt, to kill some demons. 

"Party for us. Hell for demons." Blake said as he winked at Faith before walking off. She already felt like she wasn't able to breathe but when Blake did that, god... 

"Did you see that?" Caroline asked a bit excited as she looked at Faith. Faith smiled and nodded. She couldn't help but to laugh softly. It looked like Caroline was much more excited than she was.

"We are going to have a fun night." Caroline said as she held Faith from her shoulders and walked with the others in the woods.

Alec sighed as he looked at clock. He knew that Faith was going to return late home but he couldn't help but to feel anxious. He saw Faith still as a little girl. Every father would think that way about their children. 

Alec and Faith lived all alone. Sometimes Izzy, Magnus or Simon would come over but that was just it. She didn't have anyone else. Alec blamed himself that she has lost people in her life. He blames himself for Max, Jace and Clary... 

Alec tried to move on, maybe get married to someone else but he couldn't help but feeling guilty towards Clary. She did everything to protect this family and him marrying someone else made him feel like he was betraying her. Izzy told him that he deserved happiness but Alec didn't believe in it.

Alec didn't believe that he deserved to have happiness. 

"You allowed her to go?" Alec heard Izzy say. It startled him a bit. He thought that she had left already. Alec shrugged his shoulders as he nodded his head.

"She deserves to have her time, her happiness." Alec said softly as he was looking down. Izzy sat down on the couch, next to his big and only brother. She let her head rest on his shoulder. 

"She will be fine." Izzy reassured him. He sighed.

"She is a fighter like her mother." Alec said and his voice broke down. Izzy looked with pain in her eyes at Alec.

"Alec, Clary wouldn't want this for you." Izzy said and Alec just swallowed his tears away.

"She is not dead. I will try find a way to get her back." Alec said again and Izzy shook her head as she sighed.

"She is gone. She is not here anymore." Izzy said and Alec shook his head.

"She never died. I still have my parabatai rune. She is out there... I know she is." Alec said softly. He still had hope.

"You have been searching for a way for eighteen years... There is no sign of her... It is like she disappeared from this world." Izzy said softly, hoping that she wasn't hurting her brother too much.

"Exactly. She isn't in this world because she is another dimension. We just don't know which one." Alec said and Izzy looked at him. She didn't know how to feel about this. She didn't want him to get hurt and have fake hope. The chances of Clary returning was small... Almost impossible. 

"It's impossible..." She said softly. Alec shook his head.

"Impossible just means trying again." He said as he looked over at his little sister. He knew what she was thinking but he knew that Clary was alive. The love of his life was still here somewhere. We just had to look underneath the surface... 

"What will you tell Faith when her mother just shows up out of nowhere?" Izzy asked and Alec sighed.

"I know that she will be mad with us but at the same time, she will be glad that she is here." Alec said. 

"Caroline, I think I should go home." Faith said as they have been roaming around for at least an hour to find a demon. She was getting more terrified by each second as they were walking in these woods. 

"It will be fine." Caroline reassured her. They were still walking until Caroline heard a demon growl softly.

"Sssh... There is one here." Caroline said softly as she was walking with her seraph blade towards it. I held my seraph blade up, just in case if something would happen. I could feel my heart pounding.

Demon jumped out of the bushes onto Caroline. She screamed but managed to get the demon away from her. I quickly backed away and looked at the ugly demon. 

"What kind of a demon is that?" I asked confused. We knew each demon. We were taught that and prepared for it but this wasn't just any normal demon. 

"What the hell?" Caroline asked confused. Ava came out and smiled as she saw the demon.

"You can't even kill one." Ava said as she looked towards Faith. Blake was just behind her and Faith just looked at her annoyed. She wasn't a quitter. 

Ava walked towards the demon, trying to attack it but the demon put his hand up and Ava was blown away at the other side of the tree. Shocked, I looked at the  demon.

"What the?" Blake said confused as he looked at the demon. It was as if he was analysing it, trying to see from where it  came from but no one clearly knew. 

The massive demon took a hold of Blake and pushed him against a tree. Caroline quickly tried stabbing him but with his arm, he blew her away from her just like he did with Ava. 

"Caroline!" Faith shouted in panic. She quickly walked towards her and activated her healing rune. Faith stood up and tried attack the demon but when the demon touched Faith, it screamed out of agony.

Confused Faith looked at the demon who let Blake go. The demon took a few steps back and screamed, growled and tried stopping whatever was hurting him. It exploded and all the blood splattered on Faith, Blake, Caroline and Ava.

"What the hell did I just do?" Faith asked confused...
