Ellis's Pov.
Four months later.
Meredith had been in a coma for four months. She hadn't woken up since the accident. I started working at Seattle Grace again and took the position of Cheri if General Surgery.
"Mmha" Meredith stirred.
"Meredith?" I said. She made the noice again, and then her eyes started to flutter. Finally after a moment her eyes shot open and she was chocking. I quickly shut off the ventilator and pulled the tube out.
"Mom? W-what happened?" She asked when she finally spoke.
Meredith's Pov.
"You drowned in the Elliot Bay, Do you remember?" My mother said.
"Y-yeah?" I said shakily. "Have I been out all night?" I asked.
"You have been in a coma for Four months Mer" She said.
"Addison?" I said. Addison must be worried sick.
"What about her?" My mother asked.
"Where is she? I need to talk to her" I said trying not to sound desperate.
"She isn't here right now" my mother said.
Addison's Pov.
I had taken a job in California with my best friend Naomi and Oceanside wellness. I didn't see a reason to stay. I waited for Meredith, for four months. I knew she would understand but I couldn't stay. I knew that when Meredith woke up she would be hurt but I didn't leave without warning. I left her a not telling her that I was sorry and how much I loved her.
"Which locker is Meredith's" I asked. Cristina pointed.
"This one" She said. I placed the note in the back with the rest of the cards for her.
"Why would you want to put something in there for her?" Alex asked.
"We got closer before the accident" I said. The all slightly nodded. I walked out of the locker room and headed outside.
"I really wish you would stay, or at least tell me where you are going" Richard said.
"Sorry Dr.Webber But I need to make a new path for myself" I said. I hopped in my car and started driving to LA. I had everything I needed. I had already bought a beautiful house that was on the beach.

Yes, Addison left Seattle and she hasn't told anyone where she is going. This story is almost done but there will be a second one.
