Chapter thirty-three.

Addison's Pov.

I leaned up from the kiss and smiled at her. "Hold on to that, Because this is the only kiss you are going to get from me" I said.

"Really? That's all I get!" She said a little harshly.

"I still love you don't get me wrong, but I want you to wait a little longer before you make any choices" I said. She rolled her eyes like she used to when she was an intern. It was still pretty cute but I couldn't pay attention to it.

"Am I going to be able to find out of it is a girl or a boy?" She asked. "Or a child with 11 fingers?" She said quietly.

"Your baby has ten fingers and ten toes, and you are having..." I paused.

"A what? What am I having?" She asked nervously.

"Your having girls, twin girls" I said. If it was possible her jaw would have hit the floor.

"Twins? Are you sure, I mean wouldn't you have seen them in the beginning?" She asked

"Baby B was hiding behind Baby A" I said.  She finally got all happy. She jumped up and gave me the biggest hug in the world.

"I'm having twins! Wow" she said. She kissed me on the cheek and walked to the door.  I walked after her.

"Why don't you come over later?" I asked. "It will give you something to do instead of be inside with the kids and no time to yourself."

"Yeah, sure" she said. "See you at 8:00?" She asked.

"Yeah" I said. She got on to the elevator and waved.

"What's the story between you two?" Violet asked.

"What?" I asked.

"Ever since she arrived you have changed, you are happier than you were when you first came here" she said.

"I was in love with her and I still am" I said quietly.

"Do you want to talk in my office?" She asked. I nodded and walked into her office.

"She drowned and almost died, so I left and until the day she walked into Naomi's office I thought she had died" I said.

"Why did you think she was dead?" Violet asked.

"She never called, she didn't come looking for me" I said.

"Why don't you tell me the whole story" she asked. I did. I told her everything about our relationship and how we hated each other and one day we just didn't.

"I would prefer if you kept this to yourself" I said.

"I'm going to, you are technically here as a patient"  Violet said. It felt good to finally tell someone.
