Jealous - Hajime Iwaizumi

~Fluff~

   You were in one of those usual crush situations where you were in love with your childhood best friend. And since he usually wore his serious face, you couldn't really tell his exact emotions.

   There were times where you thought that maybe, maybe, he liked you back by the stares and the few blushes, but each time you were stomp on your own hope. 

   Less hope equals less hurt, right?

"Iwa-san! Iwaizumi! Iwa-san, open your window!"

   You were neighbors with your crush and lived pretty close to your best friend, Oikawa. And since you lived right next to Iwaizumi, you opened your window and started to frantically wave at Iwaizumi.

   It wasn't until you started to throw hair ties at the window, did he look at you. You saw the complete confusion as he stared at you with a ready hair tie in hand. You turn dropped it and started waving at him and gesturing for him to open his window.

"N/N-san? What are you doing?"

   You could now see the small smile tugging at his lips, confusion still on his face.

"I wanted to say good morning!" You grinned as you saw him roll his eyes. You noticed that he was already in his school uniform and was packing his bag before you interrupted him.

"Why? We literally see each other once when we walk to school," Iwaizumi said as he smiled at you. You loved his smile since he didn't do it often.

"Why not? I missed you!" You said as you rest your hand on the window sill. Your eyes skimmed across what you could see and you smiled as you meet his charming eyes.

"Whatever, see you soon." He waved as he closed his window and went to continued on with whatever he was doing. It mostly because he tried to hide the incoming blush from your statement, but of course you didn't know that.

   You waved back as you closed your own window and packed up. You looked over at your window and saw Iwaizumi stretching, showing the smallest of skin.

Y/N look away before he catches you. Y/N, I swear if you don't look away-

   At that moment, Iwaizumi looked over to the window to see you staring.

Shit, Y/N I told you!

   You smiled and laughed a bit as Iwaizumi rolled his eyes and closed the shutters on his window.

Well, that went better than I thought.

   You closed your own curtains as you got ready and headed to your kitchen.

"Bye sweetie, we're gonna head to work now. There's some food in the pantry or the fridge or breakfast. Have fun at school." Your mom kissed the top of your head as you left for work.

"Bye Mom!"

   While you made yourself a simple breakfast, you didn't know that you're two best friends were outside of your house.

"So when are you gonna tell N/N?"

   Iwaizumi looked at his brunette friend with mild annoyance and red cheeks.

"You baka! Not so loud, what if she hears!" Iwaizumi scolded his friend as he slapped the back of his head.

"Hey calm down, I didn't say what to tell her. But when are you?" Oikawa peered as he looked at Iwaizumi expectantly.
