"Hi! You must be a broom because you just swept me off my feet!"

   You laughed as your short best friend sent you finger guns while leaning on the lockers next to yours.

"Can I follow you around today? Since my parents told me to follow my dreams," You said back with a grin, playfully wiggling your eyebrows at your friend. He let out a laugh as he jumped up into the air, a grin on his face.

   Ever since the beginning of high school when Nishinoya came up to you to use a pickup line on you. You sent one back and that's how you guys would greet each other ever since.

"So how's your morning?"

   The two of you got some looks and some whispers like 'Wait, are they dating? ' and 'They have to be, right? '. Both of you were pretty open and touchy despite not actually dating so you two were fine with looping arms and made your way towards your classes.

"Hey, Tanaka!" You waved with your free hand at your bald friend.

"Hey, L/N! Noya!" Tanaka grinned as he noticed your looped arms. Tanaka had a different class than you two as you waved goodbye, on his way to his class. You saw that Noya had turned around so you did the same, seeing Tanaka send a thumbs up and a grin to Noya.

Alright, interesting.

"N/N-san, I think there's something wrong with me eyes," Noya said with a confused expression as he blinked multiple times at you.

   You raised an eyebrow at him, giving him a confused look.

"What do you mean?" You asked, closing your locker to face the short libero.

"Because I can't take my eyes off of you!" Noya grinned, winking at you as you laughed at him, a smile on your face. You felt your heart skip a beat, but you ignored it as you wiped your tears of laughter.

"You're so dumb, it's cute," You laughed out, holding your stomach as you leaned against your locker for support. Noya looked away a bit and you noticed his slightly pink cheeks.

"That's such a bad pick up line!" Noya whined playfully, some laughter breaking through. You laughed at him, ruffling his hair, making it a bit messier.

"Hey!" You laughed as Noya tried to fix his spiky hair.

"Come here, You're making it even messier," You said with a hint of laughter as you raked your hand through his hair to try and make it go back to normal. You didn't notice Noya staring at you with a look of adoration as you attempted to calm the mess you made.

"There, good enough," You said with one last rake of his hair as you pulled back, seeing Noya's somewhat red cheeks. Your face heated as you realized how close you guys were.

"Come on, let's go before we're late."

   The day passed and Noya was dragging you to his volleyball practice while you guys threw pick up lines back and forth.

"If love was illegal, will you be my partner in crime?" 

   You raised a challenging eyebrow at Noya as a smirk danced across your lips.

"Your hand looks heavy, can I hold it for you?"

   Noya laughed a bit, scratching his head as he tried to come up with some other ones.

"Are you a keyboard? Because you're just my type!"

"I'm not a hoarder but I really want to keep you forever."

"Do you have a band-aid? Cause I scrapped my knees falling for you."

"I think the gap between my fingers was meant for yours."

"I would take you to the movies but they don't allow snacks."

   Noya let out a little giggle which made you started laughing hard as you leaned your hand on Noya's shoulder as you tried to calm down.

"That was the best sound you've ever made," You commenting, both of your cheeks red from the amount of flirting you guys were doing.

   You two were standing right outside the gym, not realizing everyone else on the other side of the doors was listening to your conversation.

"Roses are red violets are blue, I can't rhyme but can I date you?"

   You looked straight into Noya's eyes, a smile on your face.

"Yes."

   Noya looked at you in shock, his face a bright red as a grin was on his face.

"Really?" His whole face lit with a hopeful look on his face. You grinned as your heart raced a bit.

"Yeah, so you wanna?" You asked with a smile, seeing Noya nod frantically.

"Yes!"

   You laughed, taking Noya's hand to pull him a bit closer.

"Your lips look lonely would they like to meet mine?" Noya asked with a grin which made you laugh.

"You know, I was going to kiss you, but after that one, I'm not so sure," You joked, earning a dramatic gasp from Noya.

"Joking, well actually- mph!"

   Before you could finish, Noya smashed his lips against yours, earning a surprised noise for you. Noya pulled away, laughing at you.

"Baka."

   You said before crashing your lips against his again, melting into the kiss.

"Are you two love birds done yet?"

"Eh?"

"Y/N!"

   You grinned at your boyfriend as he walked through the door of your shared house. After graduating from college, you two moved in after finding stable jobs, and Noya continued as one of the best liberos in Japan.

"Welcome home, Yuu!"

"I have something to tell you!" Noya exclaimed, dropping his bags and making his ways towards you. He pulled you in a quick hug and pressed a kiss on your lips.

"What is it?" You asked curiously, cupping on of Noya's cheeks as you look into his brown eyes.

   You raised an eyebrow at him, knowing that that was the pickup line that made you guys start dating.

"Yuu, babe, we're already dating, you know that? We have been for 6 years," You said with a hint of laughter as Noya leaned into your touch.

"Yeah, I know that. But that isn't what I wanted to tell you," Noya said, pulling back a bit only to take your left hand.

Alright, alright, interesting.

"Then what were you going to say then?" You asked, raising an eyebrow at Noya. He took a deep breath, one of his hands now in his jacket pocket. Noya kneeled down on one knee and your hands immediately went onto your face.

He's not- wait-

"There's only one thing I'll change about you and that's your last name. And ever since that first pickup line, I've fallen in love with you so will you do me the honors and marry me?" Noya asked, pulling out the red velvet box in his pocket, opening it up to show a beautiful ring that brought tears to your eyes.

"Yes!" You nodded, throwing your arms around Noya as he stood up to slid to ring on your finger.

"I can't believe you used to ask. God, you're so perfect, I love you so much," You muttered, pulling Noya into a deep kiss full of love from over the years.

"I love you too Y/N."
