"Not it!"

   It was lunch break at your workplace and all of you wanted a snack, but no one actually wanted to go.

"Wait, what?"

   You looked at your coworkers in disbelief at their childish way to determine who would get the food.

"Look like you're getting the food, L/N-san. I'll take some chips and a soda." F/N grinned handing you enough money for her snack as the others did the same, handing you money.

"Fine."

   You playfully huffed, taking the money as you shrugged off your work jacket and a more casual jacket.

"Have fun! Don't take too long!" One of them called as you waved them off, still a bit grumpy that you were the one who actually had to go out and get the food for all of you.

   You walked to a nearby store, Sakanoshita Store, your hands in your pocket as you tried to remember everything they wanted.

Stupid coworkers, how was I supposed to know that we suddenly turned 12?

"Welcome, tell me if you need any," A blonde guy called as you entered the store, his feet propped up on the table as he flipped through a sports magazine. You nodded a bit, taking in how attractive he looked as you disappeared behind the snack shelves.

I mean, I'm not complaining, now...

   You had a small smile on your face as you picked up some snacks and a couple of drinks for your work. While you picking a certain bag of chips that was in view of Ukai, he looked up briefly, his eyebrows raising as you brushed a piece of your hair of the way, showing a bit more of your face.

Dang, how did I not notice her when she walked it   Ukai thought to himself, taking one last look at you before going back to his magazine. After you got everything, you walked up to the counter with an arm full of snacks.

"Woah, having a party or something?" Ukai asked as with one of his signature smiles, starting to scan the items with a flow. You laughed a bit, shaking your head as Ukai found your laugh incredibly adorable.

"Nah, just some snacks for my coworkers," You replied, noticing how the headband he wore kept his spiky hair in place and his pierced ears that just added to the attractiveness.

"Nice."

   There was some light conversation between the two of you as he gave you two bags of the snack and you handed him the money.

"Come again!" Ukai called as you walked out, waving you off with a smile.

"I will!"

"Do you guys want anything to eat?"

   Your coworkers gave you some questioning looks as you already had your comfortable sweater on you, ready to go visit the blonde at the nearby store.

"Really? Are you feeling okay today?" 

   You rolled your eyes, nodding your head as you waved behind your shoulder, getting ready to walk out of the building.

"If you don't need anything, I'll be going now!"

"Wait, I'll take some chips!"

   Over the past few weeks, you would visit the store every day, spending your lunch break talking to Ukai and buying some random snack sometimes just cause.

"Back again, I see, Y/N-san?"

   You let out a little laugh, nodding your head at the grinning coach.

"Mmhmm, you know it."

   You talked with Ukai as he scanned your items, a bit slower than normal just so he could talk to you a bit more.

"So is this just a daily thing, now?" Ukai asked, handing you the last of your snacks as you grinned, nodding your head.

"Yup, so you better get used to it."

   You were heading to the store when you saw a sort of short black-haired male, peeping through the windows of the store.

That's a little... suspicious, I'm just gonna walk past him and hopefully, he doesn't attack me or something.

"Hmm? Oh, Keishin-san, do you uh know that guy?" You asked, pointing at the teacher who was very obviously staring through a nearby window. Ukai looked up, sighing while slightly chuckling.

"He's just some teacher from Karasuno, keeps on bugging me to become the coach for the volleyball team," Keishin brushed off as you tried not to look at the guy with glasses. You tilted your head, recalling that he something about playing volleyball when he was younger.

"Oh, so why not? I mean, you played volleyball for Karasuno when you were younger, right?" You asked curiously, Ukai nodded as he shifted a bit in his seat.

"Well, I don't really feel like babysitting some teenagers, causing all those ruckuses, ya know," Ukai waved off, causing you to laugh a bit.

"I think it'll be fun, don't you think? You should give it a try," You urged as Ukai playfully narrowed his eyes at you.

"I might."

"This is all your fault!"

   You laughed as Keishin slouched in his seat, pointing an accusing finger at you.

"How is it my fault? You were the one who listened to me!" You joked, earning a laugh from Keishin.

"They play well, though there's room for improvement, yet they're so loud! The weird duo can't even say a sentence without insulting each other!" Keishin complained as you laughed at his misfortune.

   Today was your day off and since you had nothing to do, you decided to stop by the store to keep him company.

"And the number of ruckuses they make all together! They really act like a flock of crows."

   You two joked a bit and talked about whatever as you helped Keishin with his duties, restocking shelves along with helping him bag with customers goodies.

"Have a nice day!" Ukai called to the last customer who walked out of the store. You had a smile on your face as you watched Keishin talk about something, admiring his features.

   Ukai noticed your stare, feeling his face heat up a bit as he decided that now is a good time.

Well, here goes nothing.

"So uh I really enjoy your company and was um wondering if you wanted to go out sometime?" Ukai asked as he scratched the back of his neck. A smile immediately came onto your face as you nodded, your heart racing a bit.

"I would love to."

"Have you guys noticed that Ukai seems a lot happier than he was a couple of weeks before?" One of them pointed out, gesturing at Coach Ukai who was currently on the phone with you.

"Now that you point it out, he kinda does," Suga agreed, all of them thinking about their dear coach.

"I know, I know, love. I'll come over right when the practice is over, alright, baby?"

   All the players shared a look, hearing Ukai's words as clear as day.

"Oh, that's why."
