"S-Stop! Atsucchan, y-you idiot!"

   9-year-old Atsumu gave you a sheepish smile that made you break the angry facade you were trying to keep up, a smiling breaking out on your face. He had just tackled you with tickles, earning many protests from you despite the laughter that was escaping your lip.

"Hey, you don't get to call me an idiot, you idiot!"

   After going back and forth a bit with Atsumu, it was soon cut off by both of you bursting into a fit of giggles. Poor Osamu had left ages ago, claiming that he didn't have enough brain cells to put up with you two any longer, the words going through one ear and straight out the other.

"I wanna do volleyball when I'm older."

   9-year-old you gave Atsumu a weird look by the sudden statement, nodding with his words nonetheless.

"Mmhmm, what about it?"

   Both, you and Atsumu, were laying down the grass, watching the stars, sharing thoughts as you would always do. You turned your head to face Atsumu, only then noticing that he was already staring at you.

"A-Atsucchan?"

   You felt your face heat up, unknown to you, as Atsumu had a foreign sparkle in his eyes.

"Do you promise to stay with me?"

   The question took 9-year-old you by surprise, you not quite processing the deep meaning as you answered with a smile.

"Of course, I will."

   Atsumu seemed unsatisfied with your answer as he faced the stars once again, you following his lead. It was silent a bit before Atsumu held out his pinky, facing you once again.

"Pinky promise?" You quietly laughed with a raised eyebrow at Atsumu's sheepish smile as he held up his hand for you.

"Seriously?

   You linked your pinky with his nevertheless, the growing smile on his face enough for you to forget how to breathe for a second.

"I promise."

"Atsucchan, hurry your ass up, we're gonna be late!"

   You were waiting with an impatient look as Atsumu took his sweet time to eat his breakfast and get ready for school. Osamu had already left, smacking his twin on the back of the head before he left with an "I hope you choke on your food" to top everything off. 

"Alright, alright. I'm almost done! Stop yelling at me!" Atsumu yelled back, yet you couldn't help roll your eyes with a smile at the idiot.

"Then hurry up!"

   After a couple of minutes, Atsumu finally walked out as you let out an exasperated sigh.
