Stargazing - Kei Tsukishima

   You loved to stargazing. You were always fascinated by the stars and the moon ever since you were little. You were glad that your roof was sturdy since on multiple nights you would climb up there to look at the stars.

   You would go there to relax or to calm down or just to be there to look at the stars.

   You sighed deeply as you opened up your locker, taking your needed textbooks for the next class. You grinned as one of your best friends, Kei Tsukishima, was doing the same thing since you guys had lockers next to each other.

"Hey, Tsukki!" You closed your locker as Tsukki peered down at you due to his height with a small smile.

"What's up Shorty?"

   You scrunched up your nose as you let out an annoyed huff.

"Alright, Glasses. Is that how you wanna play?" You grinned as Tsukki playfully rolled his eyes at you.

"Whatever."

   Yamaguchi walked with the two of you as you guys walked to your next class. You talked with Yamaguchi as Tsukishima listened to the two of you and commented every now and then.

"Bye, Shorty."

"Bye, Tsukki! Watch out for your head!"

   You laughed as Tsukishima playfully glared at you as you walked off to your next class since you had a different one than them.

Calm down, heart! Jeez!

   It was lunchtime as you waved off F/N and went to go sit with Tsukishima and Yamaguchi outside.

"Hey, guys!"

   You waved at your best friends as you pulled out your bento.

"Hello!" Yamaguchi greeted cheerfully as you settled down in your usual spot. Tsukishima, being the royalty he is, leaned against the tree as you and Yamaguchi sat in front of him, making a triangle.

"So today..."

   The three of you talked about anything as you walked with them to their volleyball practice. Since you didn't feel like walking home, you always went to their practices and watched them play.

"Nice serve!"

   You cheered them on despite not actually playing a match. When Tsukishima looked around to you or when you called his name, you would give him a thumbs up and sometimes the occasional wink that made him rolled his eyes and quickly turn around.

   It was break and you handed Tsukishima his water bottle with a grin.

"That was a really cool block! And that spike-"

"Will you ever shut up?"

   You flinched at his tone of voice, noticing how it was much harsher and aggressive than he usually did. Tsukishima saw your face drop for half a second, but you quickly hid it with a laugh and a forced grin. He wanted to apologize as he felt a heavy feeling in his heart, but he couldn't bring himself to do it.

Ouch, that kinda hurts.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever. Go on, go block some more," You said as hollow laughter escaped your lips and you ignored the burning feeling in your chest.

   Tsukishima hesitated before nodding and going back to the court. Some of the players shared a look as they looked between you and Tsukishima. You, however, ignored their obvious stares and instead pulled out a book to read.
