I giggled as she squealed as the ride moved. When we made it to the top, the sight before us was beautiful. It was like its just me and her, on top of the world. The city lights and magnificient building were all in view. The people look like lil ants. But the sky, the moon shone illuminating the beauty of the stars surrounding it. Me & y/n just stared. The ride came to a halt, allowing us to enjoy this moment. I Sighed. I gently grabbed her hand rubbing circles on it. Her attention drew to me. "Y/n that night, you, you told me you loved me" she interpted me " YOU WERENT DRUNK?!" She lighly shouted. Her cheeks turning red. "I'm sorry Jason, if it made you mad I" she rambled. "No plz listen" I grabbed her face. "I heard every word, I remember everything you told me. Its just that I am dealing with demons babe, that not only drag me but all the people who ever loved me. I am bad news y/n. I will ruin you. I beat u up & I raped you. Tell me which person in the right state of mind would do that?"
Y/n's pov
He intense brown orbs staring down at me. While my eyes glisten with tears & sadness I felt for this poor guy. I grabbed his hand removing them. "I know Jase, but someone needs to tame them. So let me in Jase. Dont lock me out. What you've done is unforgivable, but you made me fall for you. Love turns all wrongs to rights" I whispered. "Do u love me Jase?" I asked him. I closed my eyes. Preparing for a rejection. I was met by a bone crushing hug. He squeezed me inhaling my perfume. "I do damnit!! Thats the issue. And I cant hurt you. I cant be loved. They made me a monster". I was so shocked at his confession. I ran my hands to his perfectly styled hair. I just want to embrace this moment. Us against the world, holding on to other. He let go after a while. Gave a sad smile. The ride started to move and we landed on out feet. As we made way through the crowd, I felt hungry. " Jasee, I want cotton candy" I whined like a kid. He chuckled after saying "a sure baby". We sat in a nearby bench having random chats. " Jason, what you said back there. Did you mean it?" He nodded. "Could u atleast give it a try?". "GOD DAMN Y/N I KNEW IT WOULD BE A MISTAKE!" He yelled. "I am just saying" I spoke softly at the verge of tears. But he interrupted "I SAID NO SO ITS A NO AND YOU KNOW WHY? CAUSE I AM A BAD GUY AND THE BAD GUYS DONOT GET THE GIRL. GET IT" He screamed his heart out. This time catching attention of some people around us. By this time I was hi cupping and the tears flowing like rivers. He noticed and his face softened. He reached out for me saying " shit y/n I am so sorry. I didnt mean too" but I interrupted slapping his hands away. "SAVE IT JASON. I JUST WANNA GO HOME" I shouted with equal power and stood up and walked away. Him following close behind as I kept ignoring his pleas and calls. All this was way too good to be true. Should have known.
