The next month

Emma just got back from school and saw her assistant waiting as usual, "Your parents wants to talk to you. They are in their office" She nodded despite being confused on why her parents wanted to meet her so suddenly. She thanked Aline and went to their office. She knocked on the door and there was a muffled 'Come in'

She opened the door and saw her parents doing some paperwork, "Hey mom, dad, what do you want to talk me?" Mom looked up, "Hey sweetie, we have some news."

She approached them, as she looked at them in confusion, "We are going to go back to Los Angeles next Monday" Dad informed while she froze on her spot.

Emma's eyes widened, she was surprised by the new information, she didn't know it would be this soon, she haven't thought about this yet, "Why?" She managed to stuttered out and dad sighed, "We are done shooting the scenes here so we would need to go back to continue working in Los Angeles" He informed.

"Can I stay in Paris for a bit longer? For school?" She asked while mom sighed, "I don't think so, since you are going to shoot in Los Angeles." She pointed out.

She shook my head, "Is there anything else? Please? Anything!" She pleaded exasperated. She need to stay in Paris for a few reasons, some are important! Like Fenix, how would she help Ladybug and Chat Noir when an akuma attack?

"It's the only choice we have" Mom sighed and gave me a small smile. She sighed in exasperation, saddened by the fact that she have to go back so soon, "Okay, if I am going back next Monday, at least let me spend my time with my friends." She stated and they nodded.

"One more thing, can I have a sleepover this Friday? With my friends here?" They were hesitant, so she pleaded, "Please?" They reluctantly nodded. "Thank you, I should start packing then" She stated and left their office and went to her room.

They are the only true friends she's got, especially Adrien and Marinette, the rest are just fans or fake people that wanted to get close to me for their personal gains. She will miss them. She don't know how will she tell them.

But more importantly, her current job as a superhero, protecting Paris. It's going to be a hassle if she went back to LA. She couldn't protect Paris and fight akumas anymore. Which is going to be a problem but, there is Ladybug and Chat Noir still protecting here, so she hope they'll do well without her.

Facille flew in front of her face and saw that she was in the brink of crying, tears were forming in her eyes, "Why are you crying? I have never seen you cry before." Facille said and she gave her a small smile as her tears fall down, "Facille, I am going to go back to Los Angeles, I'm going to miss you and all of my friends"

Facille was indeed shock and her eyes widened by what she had said, "What do you mean you'll miss me?"

She looked at her, "I need to give the miraculous back"

Her eyes widened in surprise then she laughed, "You don't need to give me back" She stated and Emma's eyes widened, "What do you mean? I must, I can't be selfish to keep you by my side for my needs while they need you to protect Paris from Hawkmoth, I can't see people getting hurt just because I won't give you my miraculous" She remarked.

Facille smiled, "I forgot to tell you that my miraculous or the phoenix miraculous is special."

"What do you mean special?" She questioned confused. "The holder of this miraculous is the chosen one, specially. The miraculous chose itself the holder specifically so you can't return the miraculous to anyone, it will be returned when the time is right" She informed and her eyes widened at the new information but was happy, at least she have Facille to talk to as a friend and about my double life.
