I'm already used to
a life I haven't lived,
unless in my head.
The weight of the world
at the touch of our lips;
when did I ask for silence,
confusion said?
Giving up in the process
of seeking redemption,
but I had no control.
My dreams leave me
with the impossible;
a heart that stole.
