It's not too pretty
not to be believed,
laughing at me
as if I hadn't heard of straight-As
or don't deserve to survive a day.
I can't even sing my love;
grab some peroxide to destroy all it's made of
as you open your mouth wide,
for embarrassment catalyzed every lie
you present.
Now, I resent.
