"ah you think so?"

jaehyun smirked, "if you wish hard enough, i'm sure something will turn up." taeyong scoffed at that remark.

"what? you don't believe me?" jaehyun asked, confused at his reaction. taeyong just chuckled at him like a fool.

"wishes are stupid."

jaehyun couldn't believe those words, "what do you mean they're stupid? they can actually do something you know, like 'make-a-wish'." 

taeyong rolled his eyes, "that's because someone is doing it for them. real wishes don't do that, and since they never happen, that's why they're stupid."

"you're just negative." jaehyun replied. "you should just believe in yourself, no hurt in that right?" 

the elder shook his head, "i did. look where i am now." 

the way taeyong responded all depended on his mood, and to be honest, right now he was just normal. 

though jaehyun didn't know that. he just thought that he was irritating, and he didn't like it one bit. 

"well, what about you?" taeyong changed the topic. "what do you wish to be after you get out of university?"

jaehyun answered simply. "i'll take over my dad's company. i'll become the chairman,  and follow in his footsteps."

"your life sounds exciting," taeyong answered with a small smile. "bet you have all those fancy jets, limos, everything is done for you."

the younger shook his head at taeyong's fantasies. "it's more like going to meetings constantly, getting a shit ton of money. hating it y'know?"

"then why take it? why don't you do something else?" taeyong questioned again. 

"see what we have in common yongie?" jaehyun laughed at him. taeyong shook his head, "no? what is it?"

"we both have dreams, and yet we can't follow them."

they took a stroll in the park, not holding hands.

they were near the han river, and taking small steps as they conversed about god knows what. then a duck appeared, and it gave taeyong an idea.

"do you like ducks?" taeyong asked. "i think they're tasty." jaehyun snickered and taeyong gasped slapping his arm.

"that's mean! they do so much for us!" taeyong whined. "like what? stick their asses in the water while we work? that's not much." jaehyun laughed.

"you're unbelievable." taeyong rolled his eyes. "i'm sure i have heard that plenty of times." jaehyun replied to that statement. 

"why are you doing this?" taeyong suddenly stopped in his tracks and faced jaehyun. the taller boy just pulled him close.

"i told you to fall in love with me, didn't i?"
