Aella Theos smiled as she looked around the reception, the party in full swing. The ceremony was over, Edward and Bella officially husband and wife. The couple in question was happier than ever, smiling to each other as they danced.
Aella approached Seth, Billy, Sue, and Charlie, handing Seth a glass of champagne with a wink. "Enjoying the party?"
Billy chuckled at her words. "You did a good job, Aella."
"Well I can't take all the credit, Alice did a lot as well."
"Either way, this looks great." Sue added.
"Hey, El, we want to congratulate Bella and Edward if you don't mind." Seth motioned to the couple. Aella nodded, shooing them away.
"No problem, go, go."
Aella gasped as two arms snaked around her waist, her back hitting a warm chest. "Jared, don't do that!"
The boy chuckled, spinning Aella around so that they were face to face. "You look beautiful, baby."
Aella pressed their lips together, laughing as he dipped her. "Thanks for coming."
Jared smirked, leading her through the crowd of people and to the middle of the dance floor. "I couldn't leave you here all alone around all these pale faces."
He nodded towards a group of Bella's friends, one boy in particular gawking at Aella. He glared at the boy until he shifted uncomfortably, looking away from the redhead.
"Jar.." the warning tone in Aella's voice had Jared looking back to her, pulling her into his chest against.
"I'm here now, so let's have fun."
"I couldn't agree more."
The two danced along to the music, their eyes not leaving each other. They danced until they couldn't anymore, going to sit next to Seth, Billy, and Sue.
Everyone ate and the speeches began, Aella taking a swing of her champagne as Emmett walked up. Jared threw his arm over the back of Aella's chair. "This'll be interesting."
"Excuse me, is this on? Um hello" Emmett smiled and held up his glass as the boy from before wolf whistled. "I'd like to propose a toast to my new sister. Bella, I hope you've gotten enough sleep the last eighteen years, because you won't be getting anymore"
Some chuckled as the atmosphere began awkward. Charlie rolled his eyes, drinking some more. Aella snorted, knowing that the joke had a dual meaning.
"Well Bella was just like everyone else, completely mesmerized by Edward, or the hair as I call him. And then suddenly, Edward is all about Bella. Even though she's not captain of the volleyball team. I'm just kidding, I'm just kidding. Or the president of the student council." One of Bella's 'friends' spoke into the mic.
