"What??!!"
"Tessa!", the others shushed their friend after her outburst. Muriel raised her eyebrows and repeated, "Total price for the rent of four diving gear sets is $4536." All of them blinked at her. "Group, huddle!" Much to Muriel's surprise, all four took a few steps backs and started conversing amongst themselves.
"Alright, we dont have that much money, do we?", Elsa asked. Diana shook her head. "Nope. Dad gave us 53 dollars and 11 cents. We have to pay FOUR THOUSAND FIVE THIRTY SIX DOLLARS!!!"
"We could reduce the amount a bit.", Tessa said. "It isn't necessary for me to come. We are going to be jumping off from an illegal spot. I could keep watch." Lyon clapped his hands and said, "Good idea. How much will it be then?"
Elsa thought for a while and then said, "Three thousand four-o-two."
"Still too much!", Diana groaned. Suddenly her eyes snapped up and she said, "Let me try something."
She went back to Muriel who was utterly confused and said, "Can we pay when we return the suits?" Muriel's eyes narrowed as they flitted between the four. She then sighed and said, "Alright, alright. Do you have a boat to go to the diving spot?"
Diana smirked at the others and said, "Yeeeeaaaahhh, we won't be needing a boat. We have another place in mind."

The extreme point of west Cuba was the Cabo de San Antonio. Famous for its beaches between cliffs, Cabo de San Antonio was popular in the field of archaeology. Why? Lying 1.6 kilometres from the shore, on the sea bed was a sunken city. The underwater city of Cuba.
A barred gate stood at the base of the Cape of Cabo de San Antonio which overlooked the Caribbean sea. Nailed on the gate was a board on which, written in both Spanish and English was - Keep Out! Unauthorized personnel will not be entertained.
The message was clear. Just not for four teenagers.
Elsa, Lyon, Diana and Tessa jumped over the gate and sprinted to the end, scrambling over rocks and grass. Once they reached the edge, Tessa took out her binoculars and scanned the sea. "Not many strong waves. The city is 1 mile from the shore."
Diana, who was adjusting her oxygen tank, paused and asked, "We are swimming 1 mile?!" Lyon rolled his eyes and said, "Of course not! What is Elsa here for?"
Elsa grinned and explained. "Once we reach a point in the water where our suits' pressure limit is maximum, I will let the water propel us to right on top of the sunken city. We wont be able to swim down further, SO I'll create an air bubble to encase. We will be saving oxygen plus we will be able to go down easily and not get crushed."
Once all of them were equipped, they lined up at the edge, looking at the blue sea in front of them. Tessa, from behind, spoke, "I'll wait here and take care of our things. You guys be careful!" The rest nodded and poised to jump.
"On three!", Lyon said, "One.........two..............JUMP!"
And they jumped.
Their suited bodies sliced through the water with a splash and the liquid reformed above their heads. Turning on the gas tanks and slowly breathing, Elsa looked up from underwater. Everything was a blur and they couldn't see Tessa anymore.
She looked towards the others who nodded back. They, together, swam down, constantly checking the pressure.
They had lost track of time when their pressure meter beeped red. Elsa turned towards her friends and raised her eyebrows, asking silently whether they were ready. Lyon glanced at Diana and then showed a thumbs up.
