"How did I talk myself into doing this?" Max questioned himself. He was riding Snowball over the blue sea. They were testing out the tail for real this time. No more five inches above the ground. No more tied to a rope. Just clear skies above. The Rabbu seemed pretty excited about this. The Viking however wasn't too thrilled about the situation. There was a chance he could die and he had already lost the piece of paper with his notes.

Time for improvisation.

Turning his heel downward in the special stirrup he had made to control the tail, Max sighed with relief as Snowball coasted to the right smoothly like he was supposed to do. After practicing a few more left and right turns, the Viking teen then made the dragon fly up. They were about a few hundred feet in the air before they dive bombed. The wind whistling in his ears, Max held on for dear life while Snowball shrieked in excitement.

Now back near the tumbling waves of the ocean, the pair spotted some twisty rocks jutting out of the water up ahead, towering above them like grand monuments. Snowball looked back at Max, ready for a challenge. The teenager, feeling a little more comfortable now, accepted. They raced through the rocks, swerving around each with agility and grace. Exiting out the other side, Max cried out triumphantly while Snowball shot a fireball ahead of them.

"Oh come on..." Max grumbled as they flew through the flames hovering in the air.
