Seoyoung's POV
When we arrived, it was like we entered a different world. The castle in front of us was not some crumbling old vine-covered castle, it was a white, grand château, shining in all its glory. Jungkook drove the car to a side door, then lead me through the winding halls of the castle until we reached some sort of dressing room.
"Well, I'll be back shortly to take you down the aisle to destiny. See you later!" Jungkook said casually, running off to who knows where. Moments after he left, a stylist immediately steers me deeper into the dressing room.
"Right, you must be Miss Moon, the bride. We have lots of work to do, so chop chop!"
After three hours of sitting stiffly in a chair, allowing the artists to do their work, I was ready. I didn't even look like me. Besides the spectacular gown and the dazzling bling, the artists had outdone themselves on the makeup and hair. My originally black hair was now a silver-white colour, which I decided to match the dress. It was curled in brilliant waves, all the way down to my waist. A crown was braided around my head, bits of silver leaves embroidered in. The tiara was secured on the top of my head. My makeup was also sensational. Silver gradient lids, glittered with shimmer as a clean cat eyeliner cut across my lid. Last but not least, a striking bold rich red had been painted on my lips, the most eye-catching piece of colour on my shimmering look. Finally, a pair of bejewelled high heels were placed in front of me, shining silver leaves wrapping around the ankle as a strap. Gosh, it looked straight out of an enchanted fairytale.
"Ten minutes!" I heard someone yell down the hall, who had been giving us time checks every half hour. A tsunami of nerves suddenly burst in my stomach, sending tingles every which way in my body. I'm getting married. I'm actually getting married. Even though I had been dreading this, it didn't seem so bad now that I was face to face with fate. So what I was getting married to some dangerous gang leader I barely know? He wasn't all that bad, not to me, so why should I prejudice him because of his profession? Suddenly, the door burst open, revealing a panting Jungkook who looked like he had just run a marathon. (Except in a clean-cut Armani suit and leather shoes)
"Sorry, lost track of time. Let's go." Offering me his arm, we strutted down the hall to a grand silver door, shining like the crystals bedazzling my entirety. "You ready?'
"No."
"Good." Slowly, the doors were opened, revealing the most wonderful scene I have ever seen in my life. A red carpet had been rolled down the aisle, the same shade of my lipstick. Tall pillars were stationed here and there, ivy with rainbow coloured flowers blooming. Instead of the usual chandeliers, fairy lights twinkling colours were strung in random directions all around the room, like the stars of the galaxy. Even more remarkable were the waterfalls cascading down the walls into a sealed-off area of water lilies, floating around the perimeter of the room. Now I knew why I was dressed like a fairy, because the whole theme of the wedding was an enchanted fantasy, and standing atop the stage was my prince, the king. Taehyung was wearing a grey clean suit with his usual Louis Vuitton loafers, but this time, they had the silver 'LV' across the top. He was also wearing earrings and a matching ear crawler as mine. His hands were ringless, besides our engagement ring, but what really stood out was the necklace he wore. A ruby teardrop encrusted on a chain of silver.
Slowly, Jungkook led me down the aisle as the orchestra played the romantic song. I tried not to look, but there was just so many people. I wondered to myself how many of these people knew who Taehyung really was. Near the bottom of the stage, Jimin stood guard, looking handsome himself. I noticed that the front row only consisted of five people, sitting on fluffy white etched couches, different to the pews everyone else sat in. As I approached, I stared into Taehyung's eyes the entire time. He, for once, seemed speechless as his eyes shone, more so than I've ever seen. They were warm, holding a calming hearth, nothing you'd expect from a man who tortures prisoners in his basement. Reaching the steps to the stage, Jungkook hands me over to Taehyung, giving me an encouraging smile as Taehyung helps me up. Now, we were standing face to face, holding hands. I had never been this close to him (other than that time in the dungeons) but now I could see all his handsome features. I repeated after the pastor, saying my vows and so did Taehyung.
"I now pronounce you, husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." Smiling, Taehyung takes hold of my waist and dips his head down, kissing me gently, lips barely brushing over mine. For once, I responded, wrapping my arms around his neck, I returned a kiss, just as gentle. Cheers and applause rang around us as we pulled apart. Taehyung stepped down and helped me as my dress was so long, it was difficult to navigate stairs. We walked down the aisle, hand in hand back into the castle, smiling.
