APRIL 18TH, 2015 > IS WHEN WE DIVED INTO THE LAND OF DREAMS ! 

A simple story, a fragment of my thought that blossomed into a beautiful child I carry deep in my heart.

Kab kaise yeh mera itna azeez ho gaya, pata hi nahi chala! Tbh, this book changed my life! Splashed my canvas with dazzling colours! Filled my life with joy inexpressible. Thank you is a very short word for this overwhelming journey!  

Five years of pure bliss. Creating this fictional land in my head, waking up every day with a smile. And to get such an exciting response from all of you, made my life.

Most of my early readership came from my Old Sidlian fandom friends (twitter) - and I feel proud to have introduced a majority of them into the world of Wattpad ! (as I continue to do it with Ranlian fandom and many more with each book). 

Before we move on to reveal the surprise, it would be fair enough to briefly describe the story behind this book's origin :) So hang on ....

~ HOW DID I BEGAN 'DREAMS WOVEN BEAUTIFULLY' ?

So how many of you remember the original name of this book ?  *winks* 

Well it was a real looooong name haha xD ! It struck my head casually while I wrote the first few chapters in my rough copy, some five years ago, inside my 11th grade classroom (while our physics sir was teaching lol) !

So at first I went along with the name - 'Dreams Woven Intricately And Beautifully' !!!!! Yup, that long! When I reached half way through the book, I realized the magic of being crisp yet straight to the point (both in my writing and in aspects related to a book) Therefore I chopped of the title to what it is now :) 

I got a lot of push from my Sidlian fandom and thus wrote around 5 initial chapters of the book (which is more like a series of a single night long incident) in my copy. My friends used to sometimes annoy , tease me while I wrote, but otherwise helped me to complete my deadlines. My bff back then - Srinidhi was my saviour. Yes, she was pissed at the fact that I gave DWB more attention than her gosh! But she would read my entries and used to help me with my errors. Gave a lot of ideas for many chapters (esp the Truth-Dare idea - the basic plotline was made by her and the part where Adi is scared by the girls pretending to be ghosts!)

The response was a wildfire and this was maddening for someone who just debuted! I mean when I began, my writing was unpolished, rugged and flawed. But the emotions were intact maybe, that's why a lot of you could connect and chose to stand by me and the book. If you've read the book entirely, you can see the transformation within me as an author. And for that I'll forever be grateful to DWB <3
