After they took their separate ways, Taeil started to walk towards his apartment. He looked at the strange mask and touched it's unique texture. But immediately tried to hide it. For some reason he didn't want anyone to see this mask, he had to keep it a secret because...what kind of missions would Simon tell him to do?

After taking off his jacket he placed the mask under it in order to prevent other people from seeing it. He continued walking calmly but his steps suddenly stopped.

"Fuck."

A wave of adrenaline washed over his body.

Realization hit him...it was 2 p.m.

His shift started at 8.00 a.m.

He used his jacket to cover completely the mask and after crumbling it, he grabbed it like a bag and started running.

"Fuck...fuck, fuck, fuck."

He thought. He was always late for work but he had never been that late.

Why did he always have to run? Why did he manage his life like this?

At least he wasn't far from the café. The streets although were very busy which caused him to accidentally bump on some pedestrians.

"Hey man watch where you're going!"

One of them shouted but he didn't have any time for this.

He had to keep this job, no matter what.

--

Jungwoo pouted and looked at his mask.

What was he going to do now?

He should wait for Simon's mission but...was it worth it?

Simon's words replayed in his head:

"In order to fulfill your wishes, you have to reach the end."

"Of course it is worth it."

He thought and tightened his grip.

If it meant that he could save his mother it was worth it.

He continued walking towards the flower shop but started walking faster when he recalled that it was 2 o'clock.

He left Minseo to do all the work alone...again.

He knew that she wouldn't be mad but...it just didn't feel right. The idea of abusing her kindness felt immoral and wrong. Even if she wouldn't get angry, he felt guilty. Maybe even more because of the fact that she was going to get over it so quickly.

He entered the shop.

"I'm here!"

He quickly announced.

"Jungwoo! I was so worried!!" Minseo exclaimed in an anxious manner. "I called you so many times but you didn't pick up!"

"I'm sorry for leaving you to handle the shop alone it's just-"

"That's not what's important. The important thing is that you're ok...are you ok si-" She stopped and smiled slightly before continuing. "Jungwoo?"

She asked and he smiled. But instantly faced the ground. He didn't deserve her kindness, even though he appreciated it.

"I'm fine Minseo."

He answered calmly but somehow quietly, as if he was afraid of answering this question. Because Jungwoo knew that he wasn't fine...not completely.
