"You WHAT?!" Doyoung asked surprised. "You know who Simon is?! How?! I mean how could you know-"

Yuta laughed and closed the faucet. "Relax man." He took a sip of water. "It was a hypothetical question."

But the other man just sighed. Doyoung rubbed his temples and closed his eyes. "Of course you don't know...nobody knows who Simon is..." That was disappointing but true, and he unfortunately needed to accept that fact.

"What a shame." Yuta said and the smile from his face disappeared. "But maybe it's for the best."

"What do you mean?" Doyoung asked shocked. " 'For the best?' Do you seriously believe that statement of yours?"

"I mean..." The man huffed. "Have you ever thought that maybe...some of us actually want to continue playing this game?" His gaze met Doyoung's.

Doyoung tried to detect any false emotion in Yuta's eyes. Something, just a doubt in his words, that would allow him to know that he was bluffing. That he was just trying to mess with him...

However his whole body froze when he realized that the man was serious. "What..." He wanted to know. "What makes you say that?' It was bold of Yuta to assume such a thing...but...could he...actually...be right?

"I don't know-" The man tried to answer his friend's question but got interrupted.

"After all these things?!" Doyoung asked, his voice loud, but at the same time weak. "After everything that happened?!" He asked in denial, not wanting to believe that this was possible. "Yuta..." His voice trembled. "Three people...died." He whispered the last word, as if he wanted to forget about that fact.

"I know." Yuta announced. "But not all of us..." He stalled. "At least not yet."

"What do you mean Yuta?"

"I mean..." He took a deep breath before continuing. "Despite how dangerous this game is...some of us maybe want to keep playing it, no matter how harmful the consequences may be. Because..." He exhaled sharply. "Some of us want to reach the end."

"BUT WHY?!" Doyoung shouted again. "WHY ARE WE EVEN PLAYING THIS GAME?!"

"Don't you know?" Yuta asked. "To fulfill our so-called wishes."

"But!" Doyoung stopped before continuing. "I never..." He breathed out. "Accepted Simon's invitation by my own will in the first place."

Yuta froze. His empty eyes widened and his mouth slightly opened. "You what?"

"I pressed the 'No' option, I never wanted to play this game but I had no choice."

"Did you really though?" Yuta looked away. "Did you really had no choice?"

"OF COURSE I DIDN'T!" The man defended himself. "I TRIED TO PRESS THE OTHER OPTION SO MANY TIMES BUT THE E-MAIL STILL KEPT APPEARING!"

"However you pressed the 'Yes' option in the end...didn't you?"

"Yes but-"

"You're here by your own will then." Yuta stated. "If you didn't want to play this game you would have tried harder to decline the invitation." He looked at Doyoung, his face completely expressionless. "Goodnight Doyoung."

*The next day*

One hour was left before Mark's funeral and Haechan was trying his best to remain calm.

But it was just too hard. How was he going to show up at Mark's funeral...when at the same time he didn't even have the strength to stand up?

He felt weak. His whole body was shaking and every time he tried to balance himself on both of his legs he thought that he was going to collapse. Maybe he was weak after all...would it be better if he didn't show up to the funeral?
