It wasn't hard to see when someone got some interest in you. Everyone knew that. It only matters when either you wanna acknowledge it or just act like you don't know anything about it. If for me, I'd choose to ignore it. But at the same time, I'm just gonna play along with their silly way of flirting.
However, this is the first time in my 17-year-old's life, that a girl made my heart beat uncontrollably. Just by a simple gesture, she almost grabbed my heart just like that.
There she is, leaning on her friend's table while crossing her arms over her chest. Discussing something. And the way her friend moved his hands around while explaining something, made her give him some confused looks then turned away from him a little only to roll her eyes in annoyance.
How to describe her? Hmm, let me see.
She's cute but at the same time, she's giving out a charming aura around her.
She's a gentlewoman just like the way she acted towards me before. Made me can't explain why she had those bruised and band-aid on her left side eyebrow. That made her look so badass and made people think that she's a troublemaker even though it's the opposite of the way she acts.
She also has attractive facial features. She's kinda hot too. Can't deny that. Damn, I sound so gay.
"Hey, Jen!" Y/n called for my attention.
"Can Han join us? You know, on the lunch break." I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion. "Han? Who's that?" Y/n pointed behind her using her thumb. "The guy that you don't want to sit with? And also the one that bumped into you this morning. By the way, he's my best friend." Y/n explained carefully but didn't forget to wear her amused looks.
Well, what can I do if all I saw today was only her, right? But yeah I do remember that guy. "Hm since he's your best friend... well, it's not like he's gonna hurt me and I wanna meet my soon-to— no I mean your friend too." I almost called her my soon-to-be girlfriend.
Damn, Jennie. Chill.
"Okay, cool," Y/n replied while wearing a cute smile on her lips effortlessly. Y/n returned to chatting with her best friend, Han. And that Han guy smiled widely and then shook her hands happily.
See?
Anyone can see if someone has some interest in you.
Don't lie.
Even me, I'm not blind or stupid for not seeing how and what that Han guy felt about me.

*lunch break
"So? What happens to your cute face? Did someone just bully you or something? Oh, don't tell me that you... fought with someone?" I asked curiously. Both of us already bought our lunch since I was the one paying for her lunch. While her best friend, hm, I don't know or don't care about him. I'm sitting across from her so that I can properly observe her face and the way she moves.
