Genji x Reader - The Pact

Chapter 44. Around the world

After leaving Hanamura Genji and you went to Ayutthaya.
The hotel was big and luxurious and had a big spa area.
Both of you liked to relax in the sauna.

You looked over to Genji, he was leaning back on the wooden bench to relax. His whole body was covered in sweat, he was relaxed and breathing slowly and 6the only thing covering his body was a towel that was draped over his private area.

You found yourself staring at his sweat covered muscular chest.

"Why are you staring at me like that?" Genji teased you.

"Uhhhhm you just look really good Genji..." you stuttered.

"Is your face so red because its so hot in here or are you embarrassed~" he teased you more while coming closer to, touching your face.
"Come on we should get out, its been long enough. I dont want you to faint." Genji said looking into your (e/c) eyes.

"No just a little longer..." you refused to go. Taking Genjis face in your hands, you kissed him gently.

Genji grabbed onto your thights, setting you on his lap. 
His body felt warm and wet against yours. He started to deepen the kiss, his soft lips were on yours, his tongue in your mouth.
Both of you broke the kiss, panting for air.

"We should really leave the sauna now." Genji panted.

You just nodded and stood up, to leave. 

Your next stop on your world tour was Germany, and to your surprise none of the people were walking around in Lederhosen or a Dirndl. There was also more to Germany than just beer and pretzels.
The nature was beautiful, and the big trees of the black forest amazed you.
Holding onto Genjis hand both of you walked through the big castle of Eichenwalde.

You enjoyed the time with Genji, and were just as close to him as you were when both of you were teenagers.
You loved him more than anything, he was your world, your sun and your stars. But you were scared as your vacation was slowly ending.
There was only two more stops left, Paris and Numbai before both of you would return to Gibraltar and get back to your work.

The omnic crisis had gotten better, but everyone knew this was just temporary. Everyone knew that the crisis would get worse again, and Overwatch would have to fight. 

You knew that Genji and you would have to fight the omnics again, and the thought of losing Genji in battle kept you up at night. Sure he was strong,  but was he strong enough. He always looked after others first, like the true hero he was, and thats what worried you.
You couldnt lose him again, you knew that you wouldnt be able to handle it.

Fears plagued and stressed you out so much that you had gotten sick, on the second day you were in Paris.
You had developed a high fever and a cough that worried Genji quite a lot.

"We should return to Gibraltar so Angela can take a look at you, I already called her and she seems quite worried..." Genji said, as he sat on the edge of the bed you were lying in. He held your hand to comfort you, and brushed away a strand of hair that was in your face.

"N-no Genji Im fine, I just need to rest for a day!" You refused to leave, but knew that even a day of rest couldnt help you.

"Ok, I will wait till tomorrow, and if you dont feel better, we will go back." Genji said a bit strict.

You knew he was worried, but didnt want to show it. He wabted to be strong for you.

Genji pressed his forehead against yours, whispering, "Please rest, I dont want your condition to get worse (Y/N)."

"I will Genji." You said, lightly kissing him on the lips.
You werent worried about getting Genji sick since you knew that the sickness was just the way your body handeled all the stress.

"I will hurry to the pharmacy, Angela told me what medicine could help you. You should try to sleep a bit, I will be back as soon as possible." He said, kissing your forehead before leaving.

"Take care Genji" you called out to him, but he was already out of the room.

A sigh escaped your mouth as you leaned back in the bed.
Why now? You asked yourself.

You were looking forward to visiting Paris, after all it was the city of love, and now you were sick and had to stay in bed. At least you knew Genji would take good care of you. You didnt even knew why you were so sure about that, this was the first time ever you really had gotten sick while being with Genji.
Of course you had catched a cold here and there while living in the Shimada castle, working as a maid, but it was never so bad that Genji had to take care of you.

You layed in bed wondering if he would make you soup, or stay with you until you sleep in. And before you could realize, you had fallen into a deep slumber.

A fever dream hunted you. But it wasnt like the usual dreams were there would be dead sparrows everywhere and then a dead Genji waiting for you. No. It was kind of enjoyable, but also weird.
You were riding a unicorn, over a Rainbow. But as you looked over your shoulders you  realized that the unicorn was running away from a tornado, that had a face? And the tornado could speak? And then the Unicorn also started speaking?

Before the dream could develop any further you woke up, sitting up in the bed you looked around the room.

"Are you awake?" Genji asked, his smooth and deep voice brought you back to reality.

"Yeah..." you answered, looking at him.
He sat next to your bed again, on a chair that he had placed next to it.

"You dont really seem to feel better (Y/N)..." he said as he put his real hand on your forehead to feel your temperature.
"The fever has gotten higher..." he concluded, as he pulled away again.
"You should take some medicine (Y/N), hopefully that will help." Genji stood up from the chair, walking ober to the desk that was in the hotel room. On it was a plastic bag filled with medicine.

"Angela said you should drink some cough syrup and take this..." he said as he took out a glass bottle and some pills.

You didnt really wanted to drink tge caugh syrup since you knew it would be disgusting, but tgere wasnt much of a choice. You knew that Genji would get the medicine inside of you somehow.

After taking the medicine Genji told you to sleep again, but you werent really that tired yet.

"Please cuddle with me before I sleep..." you begged and Genji couldnt resist you. 

Your whole body was shaking, as you felt hot but also cold, but Genjis warm body and his tight grip on you helped you relax, and soon you slept in on top of his chest.
