Everyone is hiding themselves beneath a mask, sometimes good people carry a mask of arrogance, aggression whereas some may be bad but carry another sort of mask , in short everyone is trying to conceal their real self .
The one who can see through this mask can discover their real self. So judging a book by its cover is not a good idea.
For eg . judging clouds from their color that they are going to rain or not is similarly a worst idea as to judging someone from what they are trying to show , if you can see their outer self and not their inner self then you are at big loss because you are going to miss on a great lesson from that person.
So try to know people better from their inner self that is real and what is unreal is in front of you.
DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER
Popular quote which is 200% true I mean we all some where at some point of time we judge people on their behavior or their looks or even their work. Its good to judge people but telling them those thoughts about them which can hurt them or make them feel insecure are not right. Because if we cannot be a motivation to someone then we shouldn't demotivate anyone. If our nature motivates us then we should also learn from them to motivate others and make others also feel good.
