Round and round and round , my ceiling fan was moving in circles and I was looking at it continuously without even blinking my eyes, eyes were watery but still a constant gaze was there. Tik tok tik tok tik tok my fingers were switching on and of the switch of table lamp , light was going on and off again and again .

Room was filled with cold air and breeze was chilling my pain. My eyes filled with water, legs with immense pain were just asking only one thing " why this happened to me, today I would have been playing state level tennis but all my dreams got ruined.

This night was unbearable I wanted to cry out loud , shout out loud but found no one around to console and couldn't do so because my parents were in more pain than me , for them I had to smile , for them I had to stay strong.

Eye lids were heavy, eye balls still turned red due to last night's vent out. Soon a hand came over my forehead can started to move back and forth near my hairs. I slowly opened my eyes to see who was there

As soon I got the first blurred site I quickly clung on to her laps to find some warm and shallow to my pain , I knew she will help me get through all. Granie finally you are here, you know how much I missed you.

She was caressing my hairs continuously and trying to stop the running tears from my eyes but today there was no end to them they were washing away my pain.

Yes granie yes , he was the one who met with an accident 1month before his final selection trials for playing in Asian championship , I remember but what about him , why are you asking about him.

You know he got his spine injured and so he was not able to walk for the rest of his life.

Oh no ,just like me may be.

No not like you , he was not at all like you he was a man who had courage to fight from his problems he had the courage to face challenges of his life he was not at all a bit like you because if he would have been like you then he would not have trained himself in archery and proven himself in Asian championship. If he would have been like you then he would have committed suicide or locked himself up in the room and would have cried on the fate of his life.

You know he had 0% chances to recover but still he didnt lose hope and confidence on him and he worked hard to turn his miseries into golden chances... Its never to late to shine...

This was a million dollar story which changed my life..

My therapies started , it was painful but always when I was about to loose hope I remembered what granie said "" she wanted to see me representing my country in Olympics"" so for her I tried and this try of mine changed my life I was able to walk again it seemed as if maira sharma came back to life again

I slowly started to jump as I used to do it when I was happy ..
. yes you are right I am happy I am jumping because I got selected in the state team of basketball .
This was the first step towards my Olympics

I couldn't make to join the team the next yr in Olympics but 5 yes later I maira sharma was the captain of the team which was representing India in Olympics

I proudly say that my dream came true after lots of hard work and pain my miseries turned into a beautiful reality.

Try to listen to the people around you they can motivate you the best ,your mother your family loves you try to listen to them .I listened to granie and see where I am now ..

At last motivation is inside us ,its near to us its your way to have a blind eye towards it or have your eyes opened and brain empty to receive that motivation
