Chapter 28

"I'm selfish I know
But I don't ever want to see you with him"

Harry takes his time in his room trying to regroup. Amy surprised him again with her ability to outdo him. He never gets one-upped but she keeps doing it. Harry is incredibly turned on by this. The way her legs felt being wrapped around him and her tongue on his ear. Harry is getting excited just thinking about it again. He decides to take a cool shower to calm his body down before he heads down to meet Amy. He thinks about seeing her in a swimsuit again and now he needs a really cold shower.

Amy has chosen a red bikini today. She is excited for Harry to see her in it.

She grabs a couple towels, her phone, her sunglasses and some sunscreen and heads down to the dock. She's disappointed when she doesn't see Harry down there waiting for her already. As she makes her way down the steps she hears someone call her name and she turns around and is met by Brandon.

"Hey, wait up," he calls to her.

She waits on the steps, checking out his shirtless body as he hurries to catch up to her. He is much more muscular than Harry but she prefers Harry's leaner body compared to Brandon's bulky one. She thinks he must spend so much time in the gym maintaining this.

"Hey," she says when he gets to her and they start walking together. They get to the end of the dock and both spread out their towels to lay down. Amy puts some music on her phone to fill the silence.

"So, fill me in on your life, Amy. Where are you living? What do you for work?"

"I live downtown, in Vancouver. I'm an artist. I paint and do photography for work. I just had a show this week at a gallery."

"Really? I didn't even know you were into that."

Amy thinks about the interactions Brandon and her had in her youth. They were all surface level. They never really talked. They're parents were friendly and so the kids would play together sometimes. As they got older their interactions were fewer. The skinny dipping incident was just a fluke. She had been outside at night for a walk and ran into him. He had made some comment about her staying inside all summer not being social and that she used to be more fun. Amy decided that she would prove to him and herself that she was fun and that's why they ended up skinny dipping. When they heard her parents come down the stairs, Brandon took off swimming and hid behind the dock. Luckily her parents never saw him or his clothes on the beach. That was the last time she had seen him.

"There's a lot of things you don't know about me," she says giving him a sly smile.

Brandon turns on his side to face her.

"I think you're right about that," he smiles back at her.
