"I could fall or I could fly
Here in your aero plane
And I could live, I could die
Hanging on the words you say"

The next morning, Harry wakes up and no surprise to him, Amy is gone. He's glad she did it. A goodbye would have been too hard, he thinks. He would have tried to convince her to stay. And she probably would have. He gets up and grabs his things, noticing Amy left a note.

"Dear Harry,

Sorry I left again. I couldn't handle a goodbye. Could you please check out for me?

Talk soon.

Love,
Amy"

He sees her room key sitting next to the note on the table and grabs it before heading to the lobby. He gets to the front desk and asks to check out of her room, handing them the key.

"Oh, Ms.Bernier already checked out. But she wanted me to give this to you," and he hands Harry an envelope. He looks at it and his name is on the front and it's written on hotel stationary. He thanks the man and then heads out to where he parked his car last night. When he gets inside, he opens the envelope and pulls out the paper. His face breaks into a smile as soon as he sees it.

He takes out his phone and immediately punches in the numbers. It rings only once.

"Hello?"

"Hey," he says, a cheeky grin on his face.

"Hey," she answers back, and he can hear the smile in her voice.

"This is different," he says. "This is a big step for us. Are you sure?"

"I mean, I could always block you if it doesn't work," she says teasingly.

"You could, but I'd find a way to track you down," he says back, only half-joking.

"I know you would," she says more serious now. "Now when I miss you, you're just a phone call away."

"I'm here anytime, love," and the word slips out without him meaning for it to. Amy likes the sound of it.

"They're calling for me to board now, so I better go. Talk to you soon."

"Bye Amy."

"Bye Harry."

When Amy lands in Chicago, she drops her luggage off quickly at the hotel and then heads out to explore the city. It quickly becomes one of her favorite cities as the opportunities to photograph seem limitless. She got a bit chilly though and headed back to the hotel in the early afternoon. She decided to warm up by going for a swim and did a quick thirty minutes of laps in the pool and then heads back to her room for a shower.

She's out of the shower, brushing her hair and she hears her phone ding for a text message.

Harry: I hope you got there safely xx

She smiles at his sweet text and starts typing a reply.

Amy: I did, thanks. Just about to go find something for dinner xx

Harry: Can I call you?

Amy: Always :)

Barely a second goes by after she sends the text before her phone is ringing.

"Hi," she says knowingly.

"Hey," and she can tell right away he's smiling.

"How was your day?"
