"Clear blue water
High tide came and brought you in
And I could go on and on, on and on
And I will
Skies grew darker
Currents swept you out again
And you were just gone and gone, gone and gone
In silent screams and wildest dreams
I never dreamed of this
This love is good, this love is bad
This love is alive back from the dead, oh-oh, oh
These hands had to let it go free, and
This love came back to me"

Amy is woken by her apartment buzzer sounding. She checks the time on her phone and sees that it's 3am. She thinks it must be someone drunk and pressing the wrong button and they'll figure it out. When the noise doesn't stop she begrudgingly gets out of bed and pads over to the intercom.

"Allô?"

"Hey, it's me," the voice she would recognize anywhere says. "Can I come up?"

"Why are you here?

"I had to see you."

"You could have called like a normal person."

"Where's the fun in that?!" and she can hear the smile in his voice which angers her.

"What do you want, Harry?"

He has now added this to his least favorite ways she says his name. He is still happy to hear her voice though, even if she's seemingly upset with him.

"Can we talk? Please?"

She debates saying no. She really doesn't want to see him. She's angry with him but she has a feeling that if she doesn't see him now he won't give up.

"I'll keep pushing the buzzer until you let me up," he says, teasing. She rolls her eyes at how well she knows him.

"I'll come down."

Amy grabs a knit sweater and wraps it around herself, putting on slippers too. She makes the slow walk down the four flights of stairs and thinks the whole way about why he is here and how mad she is at him. She pushes the door open at the bottom and practically bumps into him. He starts to step towards her as if he is going to come inside but she puts a hand on his chest, pushing him backwards and pulling the door shut, with both of them outside. She wraps the cardigan tightly around her body, crossing her arms across her chest, as if it's armor and she needs to protect herself from him. He looks at her confused at how unhappy she is to see him.

"What are you doing here?"

"I told you, I needed to see you."

"This couldn't wait until daylight?"

"I missed you," he whines.

"I don't hear from you for a month but I'm supposed to believe you missed me?!" Amy says with a mixture of sarcasm and anger.

"Do you not want me to come up because your boyfriend is here?" he gestures with his chin towards her apartment window.

"No, I don't want you to come in because it's three in the morning."

"I told you, I missed you. Didn't you miss me?"

Amy is beyond annoyed at Harry. Him showing up here in the middle of the night after ghosting her for the past month is a new low for him. And looking at him with his hair cut shorter, after she told him she likes it long, is adding salt to the wound.

"Of course I missed you. That's why I called and texted and emailed you but I heard nothing back."

"So, you did miss me?" he says happily, focusing on only a portion of her answer.
