It was the next day and I woke up feeling refreshed, but had a sore neck from Yoshino yesterday. Rubbing my neck to try and relieve the pain I got up and looked around my new room. It was simple and I liked it, plain walled with a window looking outside, a blue blanket on my bed and a cupboard. Simple and nice.
After having a shower and getting dressed, I shut off my alarm clock and walked down stairs to get breakfast and wait for Shikamaru to wake up. Finally after having breakfast with everyone, I put my shoes on at the door and walked to the academy with Shikamaru. After walking long hallways we made it to a door and walked in, Shikamaru with a bored expression and me looking at my feet.
"Ah there you are Shikamaru! And you must be the new student, well I'm Iruka Sensei now,introduce yourself to everyone." Iruka Sensei said.
"U-um well My names Raikou and-d I love the colour of water I-I guess-s....." I stated nervously as I looked at my feet, shaking slightly. And then it started.
Everyone was laughing at me. Well Shikamaru and a slightly chubby guy weren't, but everyone else was. Tears started to well up in my eyes and everyone laughed harder.
"Now, now everyone...." Iruka Sensei tried to calm down but his voice faded out and all I could here was laughing, Shikamaru and the chubby guy ran towards me, but I was gone. I looked to the floor, hair covering my face and tears dripping on the the floor.
"What's so funny?!" I screamed looking up, lightning covering my body.
The laughing stopped.
"I said, WHATS SO FUNNY?!?!" I screamed out in anger, tears streaming down my face. I went up and sat down next to Shikamaru and the boy who I soon learned was called Choji.
Iruka Sensei soon ushered me out the room and into another and told me to make a shadow clone, and then I could go. I think I got a bit out of hand, because the look on Iruka sensei face was shocked as I made twenty clones, all with their own tears and lightning. Iruka handed me my forehead protecter as I dispelled the jutsu and I tied it around my arm as I rushed out the room, the Lightning gone but the tears still coming.
I ran home sobbing. Almost as if he was anticipating my arrival Shikaku was walking out of the house and was pleasantly surprised to see me sobbing in his arms. He picked my small frame up and walked back inside.
"What happened Raikou?"
"They laughed at me dad! And it hurt. They just kept laughing daddy!" Shikaku froze for a bit when I called him daddy but soon went back to normal and hugged me tighter.
The first day at the academy wasn't pleasant to say the least, but we get our teams tomorrow so I don't have to deal with them again.
