The next round started as the event went on smoothly... Until their fight.

Todoroki vs Midoriya. What read on the screen as (Y/n) sat there, her knee was bouncing as her fists were shaking with anticipation. Her classmates were betting on who would win but (Y/n), knowing Midoriya is going to try something, was worried about this fight.

'Just don't be reckless, Izuku.' (Y/n) thought as she tried to calm herself down. Bakugo was glanced towards her direction as he suddenly remembered what the others said to him earlier after his win.

"Bakugo! I saved you a seat!" Kirishima called out. Bakugo sat down as he looked around for (Y/n), but he couldn't find her.

"Ah. You're looking for (L/n)? She's not here." Kirishima added as Bakugo tched at the statement.

"Man, Bakugo. You were a beast earlier. You were like a villian all of a sudden." Sero pointed out as Kirishima tried to shush Sero until Kaminari chimed in.

"Yeah. (L/n) managed to notice your fight with Uraraka earlier." This made his ears perked up.

'(L/n)?'

"Huh?! What about the witch?" Bakugo asked with a growl but inside, he was curious.

"Well, when we watched your fight earlier, she manage to notice Uraraka's strategy almost immediately. Even when she dropped that surprise attack on you, (L/n) managed to see what the pros didn't see." Kirishima explained as Kaminari and Sero nodded in agreement.

"Man, (L/n)'s really a strong girl." Kaminari said as he smirked.

"Yeah. Strong enough to flipped you and punched your gut with a spear." Sero pointed out as Kaminari's ego was hurt.

Bakugo was silent as he turned away from the others as he glared at his feet.

'You're hiding something. You and Deku.'

Midoriya and Todoroki stood there, glaring at each other as cheers was heard.

'Just don't be reckless, Izuku.' What (Y/n) told him.

'Sorry, (N/n). But I have to.'

"READY... START!!" Almost immediately, Todoroki sent ice towards Midoriya as he powered his finger and flicked the ice, destroying it as well as creating a blast of cold wind.

"So cold!!"

Midoriya's finger was bruised as Todoroki sent another wave of ice towards him and he flicked it, another finger bruised.

They kept doing this over and over again. (Y/n) noticed the movement again as she examined the battle closely.

'He's provoking him.' (Y/n) saw Midoriya broke another wave of ice as Todoroki's body was shaking.

'He's trying to make him use his left side to warm him up... To help him accept his power.'

"Izuku..." She mumbled under her breath as she watched the battle go on. Midoriya landed a solid hit on Todoroki as he landed on the other side, barely nearing the bounds.
