Rescue

(Y/n) sat beside Overhaul in the meeting area as Overhaul had his arm around her waist, rubbing her waist while holding the chain with his other hand as she heard Chrono listening on his phone.

(Y/n) wanted to stay with Eri, but she was forced to be with Overhaul for the day as she sat there, silently as her eye only had fear. Overhaul leaned back as he rubbed (Y/n)'s waist, causing her to flinch.

"When will you get used to it...?" she heard Overhaul asked her as she just stayed silent, looking down at the floor as she clenched both her hands.

"Yes. Heroes gathered early this morning... The police are also bustling around." Chrono turns to Overhaul.

"Boss, it looks like they've gotten wind of this place." 

"They're here, huh? Proceed according to plan." Overhaul said, standing up as he tugged on (Y/n)'s chain, causing her to stand up.

"Yes sir." Overhaul turns to Mimic.

"Get ready."

"Yessir." 

"Come on, my dear." Overhaul tugged on the chain as (Y/n) followed behind him.  

"Boss, where are you going?"

"Just need to take care of something." Overhaul said, closing the door behind him as (Y/n) silently followed. Overhaul and (Y/n) walked the hallway as Overhaul glanced at the silent girl beside him.

"How do you like the ring, my dear?" (Y/n) flinched at Overhaul's question. 

(Y/n) didn't answer as her hands unconsciously raised themselves as she saw the simple ring resting on her left ring finger. She remembered no ring on her finger, but when she woke up, she nearly vomited as she saw the ring slid on her finger. When she tried to confront Overhaul about it, the only response that she got was;

"Our union will be the future of the Shie Hassaikai."

(Y/n) tried to remove it, but Overhaul threatened her by having Eri pass her limit on the next experimentation as well as separating her from (Y/n) permanently. Out of fear for the safety of Eri, she reluctantly kept it on.

Overhaul stopped as (Y/n) stopped as well. Overhaul wrapped his arm around her waist as he stared at her intently as (Y/n)'s fear-stricken eye widen.

"Do you know what I was wondering about?" he asked her.

"W-what?" Overhaul grabbed her hand as he raised the hand where the ring was. (Y/n) realized what he was talking about as she felt Overhaul hold her closer. (Y/n)'s eye begun to brim with tears as she silently cried.

'Someone... help me...'

"The rest of you go now, while you have the chance!" Ryukyu yelled as the others stormed into the residence. 

"It's the heroes and police! We have a warrant to search your premises on suspicion of the manufacture and sale of illegal drugs!" 

"A search warrant?!"

"Who cares?!" one attacked the police with leaves heading towards the police as the police blocked the attack. All of sudden, the guy got punched as the other two were also punched. The three fell to the ground as Scott and Hope grew back to their original height.

"Stop resisting!" Hope knocked the three out as the police restrained them. She, Scott and Rocket followed the others.

"There was that big guy, too... Are none of them scared?" Rock Lock asked as they ran to the entrance.
