Date with... (Valentine's Day Special)

It was a normal day for all as the long awaited day for the couples is nearing... Valentine's Day. It is the day that is both hated and loved by many as it is still celebrated. Everyone knew what to gift to their crushes and significant others on this seemingly special day.

(Y/n) enjoyed a cup of freshly brewed tea with her grandmother as the two of them hang out in the family garden. Hekate and Loki (cat) decided to stay with (Y/n) and Kota, who is currently playing with them.

"(N/n), have you found a significant other yet?" Reina suddenly asked, causing (Y/n) to choke on her drink, making her cough. Kota, Hekate and Loki (cat) stopped running upon hearing (Y/n) cough.

"Oh my! Dearie, are you alright?"

"Mama!" Kota ran up to her.

"I'm fine, I'm fine... It's just that you caught me off guard with your question." (Y/n) steadied her breathing as she regained her composure. She petted Kota's head as she nudged him to continue on playing with Hekate and Loki (cat), which he reluctantly did.

"Why'd you ask that, Grandma? Are you rushing me to have a significant other?"

"No, of course not, dearie. It's just that I'm very curious about the many trails of crushes that follows you in your school." Reina chuckled, placing a palm on her cheek as she tilts her head to the side.

"Trails of crushes?" (Y/n) was confused.

"Those youngsters in your school that seemingly have a crush on you."

"Grandma, I think you're wrong--"

"Dearie, everyone in our family has that... Even your mother and youngest aunt had that when they went to UA... We have that kind of effect with us, unlike your grandfather." Reina chuckled, sipping her tea.

"Grandma, I think you've been reading too much romance novels..."

"Oh? Still in denial or just that love dense, (N/n)?" Reina tilts her head, smiling playfully at her.

"You're just like your mommy and aunties." Reina smiled upon remembering her daughters' love lives in the past. She was happy that most of her children and older grandchildren had found their significant others, but couldn't help but feel remorse towards her oldest daughter and deceased grandson.

"Dearie, I remember about a little prize during a Halloween hunt?"

"How did you know about that?"

"Oh, the triplets told me! They also told me that the winners are going to spend a day with you as their reward. So, basically... it's a date with you and them!"

(Y/n) choked on her snack as she coughed out some crumbs. She then drank some water as she waited for a few seconds before turning to face her grandmother.

"Grandma!"

"What? That's what the kids told me! And don't forget what day is coming."

"Sometimes, I can't tell if you are cunning or just mischievous, grandma..." (Y/n) stared at her grandmother, who was just giggling at her.

"I can be both."

"So, what are you going to do?"

"I'm just gonna let them be, grandma. After all, they've won so it'll be their decision if they want they want to fulfill their prize."

Reina giggled upon hearing this.

"You know, you're just like your mommy." She muttered. (Y/n) didn't hear this as the two of them enjoyed at little tea time together in the garden while Kota chased Hekate and Loki (cat) around the garden.
