End of First Week and Counselor Auction

Emerald's P.O.V

I walked out of the Dining Hall with Ama, heading into one of the rehearsal spaces waiting for our stage combat class to begin. Chimney was a little bit late so I pulled out my phone and went onto Instagram. 

"Hey Instagram!" I started, "I know everyone has been wanting to see  my life at camp but I am only aloud certain times to due videos or else I'll be in deep trouble. This here is Ama."

"Hi everyone!" Ama smiled at my phone camera. 

Right now we are waiting for our Stage Combat teacher to come and then I'll have to go, as of right now I'll answer a few question," I smiled, "I see one from Liam saying, 'how is camp?' I'm having a blast."

"And she's met some pretty great people too!" Ama smiled. 

"@Theoloverarachnid88 wants to know how Theo and I's date went before camp," I chuckled.

"Who's Theo?" Ama asked.

"@Theoloverarachnid88 said her lovable baby boy," I laughed, "He's just a friend of mine. He plays one of the Gavroche's on Broadway."

"Wait so you went on a date with one of the Broadway's Gavroche's and then wentー" Ama started before slapping my hand over her mouth.

"That's all I have time for this live, thank you for the three hundred people who showed up, but I have to go," I stuttered, "Good bye!"

I stopped the live and Walker walked in, "Hey cutie."

"Hey zombie," I chuckled.

"Ha, the play on words for The Walking Dead, smooth," Ama chuckled. 

I rolled my eyes as Walker continued, "Did I miss one of your lives?"

"Yeah," I smiled, "But, it's all good."

Chimney walked in and we began to stretch and go through some stage combat. Soon he paired us off with different people. I was paired with Ava. Oh no. We were preparing to stage a punch and Ava was the one doing the punching. She smirked and shifted her weight and swung hard. I reacted as I normally would as I felt a pain around my left eye. 

"That was very believable," Chimney smiled.

"It should of been!" I yelled, "She actually hit me!"

I pointed to my left eye and Ama launched onto Ava. Chimney grabbed Ama off of Ava and a few kids grabbed Ava to hold her. Walker ran over to me and helped me up. He picked me up  on his back and ran me over to the infirmary. Once we got there he put me down and we walked in.

"Hi Nurse Jacky," I smiled at her.

"Hi sweetie, what happened?" She asked as she ran over an ice pack. 

"Ava," Walker and I stated as I took the ice pack and placed it on my eye.

"What class?" Nurse Jacky questioned.

"Stage Combat," Walker shrugged.

"Why am I not surprised?" Nurse Jacky chuckled, "The one place she could punch you and say it was an accident."

"So this isn't the first?" I asked.

"No, it happened last year with Josie, who's a year above you," Nurse Jacky explained.

"Don't tell my mom, please," I stated.

"Why not? This is bullying," Nurse Jacky sighed.

"I've got something up my sleeve," I chuckled.

Time past and sooner than later it was time for our evening activity. Our cabin sat towards the front of the theater.

"Tonight we have our Counselor Auction. We will first be starting with activites," Tevin started, "S'more making for 10 dollars?"

"100!" Ava laughed.

"150!" Jasper laughed.

"300!" Ruby and I smirked.

"300, going once," Tevin started, "Going twice...sold to Cabin 2 of 6th grade!"

"Yeah!" My cabin cheered.

"Who do we want as our counselors?" Ama asked.

"Alex and Jayce," Ruby and I smiled.

"Definitely," Saskia laughed.

Minutes past and sooner than later it was time to bet on counselors.

"Can I get 10 dollars for Alex and Jayce!" Tevin asked.

"150!" Walker chuckled.

"175!" Hadley cheered.

"200!" Ava smirked.

"225!" Jasper smiled.

"250!" Dawson waved.

"700!" Ruby and myself cheered.

"700 going once," Tevin smirked, "Going twice, sold!"

"Alex! Jayce!" I cheered, "Grab the s'more stuff and lets go!"

My cabin ran for the fire pit and began to chill out while we waited for Alex and Jayce.

"Do you think we could ask Alex and Jayce about Kyle and Blue?" Ester asked.

"I don't see why not, we might also learn something," Ruby chuckled. 

Once Alex and Jayce got here we began to make s'mores.

"Alex, do you mind if we ask you about Kyle?" Saskia asked.

"Well what about him?" Alex chuckled.

"How did you both meet?" Aria asked.

"At Disney. I felt like I've seen him before on YouTube but I couldn't put him to any channels. But then when I met Blue it dawned on me," Alex smiled softly.

"Do you two plan to adopt any children?" Mya asked.

"Yes but we do not know when," Alex chuckled as he took a bite of his s'more.

"What is your opinion on Josh?" Ruby and I asked.

"I want to punch him in the face," Alex laughed, "It might make him look prettier."

"How long have you both been together?" Ama asked.

"Before Emerald, so when we were 16," Alex smiled.

"Jayce, what's your opinion on Josh?" Ruby asked.

"I also want to punch him in the face," Jayce laughed.

"So does Kyle," Alex chuckled, "He wants to punch Josh whenever he gets back."

"Wait so Emerald," Jayce started, "I thought you were with Theo?"

"Wait, you mean Theo, the one you went on a date with before camp?" Ama asked.

"It wasn't a date," I shrugged, "We just hung out."

"That sounds like a date to me," Alex chuckled.

"Wait and what happened with you and Kian, Ruby?" Jayce continued.

"Kian, as in Kian Jr Lawley?" Layla asked. 

"Yeah, why?" Jayce questioned.

"He's so cute, I follow him on YouTube," Layla squealed.

"Yeah, well he also called me ugly compared to Ava," Ruby explained.

"I still cannot believe that she dated Kian," Layla sighed. 

"So what do you feel about Theo, then?" Jayce questioned.

"He's just a friend," I shrugged. 

"It doesn't seem like that," Ama chuckled.

"Compared to Walker and I, he is just a friend," I chuckled.

"And Blake and I are doing just great," Ruby smiled.

"At least you both have significant others, mine is in the war."
