That evening after my rest, I got myself dressed to join Taylor for an evening spa. Now my friends had used their time to relax, they all sat together in our hotel room deciding what to have for dinner.

"The spa was so cool but like, I'm so jealous you and Taylor get it all to yourselves now," Layla mentioned as I placed my sliders on my feet.

"Swift perks, I guess," I laughed, flicking my ponytail over my shoulder. "Don't wait up for me with food, I'm sure Taylor will get us our own."

"Now, the vegan room service menu sounds beautiful," Kimberly gushed.

"You don't want to go out and see London a bit more?" Poppy questioned.

"Yeah, and where would be get in on a a Saturday night?" Nick rolled his eyes. "No parents or celebrity family member means no entrance."

"Room service it is then! I'll see you guys in a bit." I picked up my towel and headed for the door. I turned to give Aiden an extra wave, but he was too busy dissecting the menu with Poppy, so I left it and walked out.

As I approached the spa desk, a receptionist stepped forward. "Sorry, this spa is currently closed for private hire-"

"Yeah don't worry, that's for me," I smiled back. My American accent must have given her the hint, as she walked away and moments later came back with Taylor's publicist in tow.

"Cait, hi! Taylor's just getting ready for her treatment, come on in."

I followed her down the stone tiled slope and into the changing rooms which were still steam-filled from the showers. Waiting for me on the vanity was a spa set with a clean towel, hotel robe, shower sliders, mini toiletries and a scrunchie.

I removed my clothes and stood facing the mirror in my bikini. I never questioned how I looked, I had always felt grateful for my mobile, average-looking body. A pinch at the waist, and lift in my chest - things that could be improved, however.

Would I feel comfortable with Aiden seeing me like this? I wasn't sure.

It wasn't time to be thinking about him, anyway. It was time for some well deserved massages and catching up with my sister. I retied my hair in a bun on top of my head, wrapped the robe around myself, and headed in the direction of the treatment rooms. Sitting outside with one leg crossed over the other was Taylor, scrolling through her phone.

"Hey, sis," she looked up at me, beaming. "It's so good to see you finally!" She wrapped me up in a hug, her own robe smothering me.

"You too," I replied, taking a seat next to her. "So, what massages are we thinking?"

"How about a pair's hot stone massage? I'd thought about a full body on my own but why not go in together?"

"Sounds good with me! How was your day?" I stood up and followed her into the room.

"Busy, busy!" She removed her robe and wrapped a towel around her waist. "Those lyrics you sent me a month or so back, they matched a melody really well! Maybe we could hop on a call next week and finalise it together?"

"That sounds great, thank you!" I gushed. I almost forgot about those lyrics I passed over, but imagining now that they could really become something was exciting.

I laid down on the bed next to her as the masseuse began placing rocks down my back. I winced at the initial pain, before the heat spread through my body and relaxed my muscles. I smiled with the comfort, breathing in the aromatic scents in the room.

"How's your weekend been then, what did you get up to?" Taylor asked, her voice unwinding.

"Aiden and I headed out for some light lunch, but it was interrupted by paps outside the door. I wasn't sure why there were so many," I explained.

"That's odd, I thought the media attention on you had died down recently."

"Yeah, me too."

"How was your friend? It didn't freak him out, did it?" I didn't need to lift my head to hear the concern in her voice.

"No," I said, properly thinking about it for the first time. Aiden had acted so laidback the whole time, and didn't once seem like he was shocked by it. "He was ten times calmer than me."

"Be careful, if that happens again," she warned. "It's never nice to be unprepared for stuff like that. As long as nothing too drastic happens in front of the camera, they won't have a story to post."

I let out a nervous laugh, as there was now a higher chance they had a story with that kiss Aiden gave me. But, I didn't want to mention it now. I went back to closing my eyes and let the relaxation take over my body.
